Laura was incredibly accommodating and friendly. My large group of friends and family felt comfortable with her immediately. Eight of us received champagne on arrival (not at the point of sale) was a sign of her genuine interest in making our experience memorable. There were no pretentious ‘rules’ or marketing gimmicks. We were permitted to take photos, videos, and I could try on as many gowns as I liked. It was fun to try on ‘ridiculous’ gowns and have a giggle. It gave us the headspace to make the best choice without any pressure and as a result, I bought off the rack that day! I am in love with my gown and feel like I’ve struck gold but more than that, I have the best memories because of Laura’s patient and sincere service. Highly recommend!

Laura helped me pick my absolute dream wedding dress when she traveled down to bunbury with the pop up Oxford bridal dress store! She was super friendly and helpful with my dress experience! Laura was amazing at helping me pick my wedding dress! She let me try on dresses that I thought were what I wanted before stepping in and picking something that is so flattering on my body. As the Head Florist and Stylist at Creative Edge Weddings I have always admired this beautifully presented Bridal store for years, and recently I had the pleasure of working with them in a professional capacity providing Floral Design for the launch of the Ms Scarlett label.

If you are a Bride looking for a dress, I can say firsthand, over a period of a couple of days, I got to watch how wonderfully they treated their clients and how attentive and caring they are.
On the night of the label launch there was a line of Brides waiting to try on dresses and every lady had a smile on her face and was treated like a Queen while she waited to try on the spectacular gowns.
So, if you are looking for a dress don’t go past them as they will help you find a dream gown to suit your style and budget.

If you are a Designer looking for a place to possibly stock your garments. They treated the Designer from Ms Scarlett so incredibly that if I was making dresses again, I would definitely want them to stock mine.

Could not reccomend this shop enough. Mary and the team went above and beyond on helping me get a dress in from Cizzy. They had it there and ready for my appointment within days of calling.
They allowed me to come in multiple times and were so patient whilst I was deciding on a dress.
Their communication was 11/10, Mary called me multiple times with updates on the ETA of my dress arriving throughout the 10months I was working with them .
Nothing was too much trouble for this shop. Wouldn't hesitate in reccomending them to any bride looking for a dress.

Mary was so helpful, she was very insight-full and could read me really well. she knew her dresses really well and went well and beyond the level of service that is normal. Even though my particular dress wasn't at Oxford I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for beautiful gowns and excellent service. I didn't buy my wedding dress here, but my experience was amazing! My mum and I came by on a Friday afternoon just to browse (no appt made) and Laura gave us the warmest welcome to store. As it was very quiet she offered for me to try on some outfits, which I did. The style and collections were absolutely beautiful and diverse. Would highly recommend coming here.

Such a stunning place with beautiful pieces. Laura was so kind, supportive and super helpful. She really listened when asking me what I was looking for. I love that she didn’t push me into picking a gown based on everyone else’s opinions and reminded me to listen to my gut. The whole process super fun and I’m beyond grateful that the staff allowed me to bring all four of my bridesmaids. I absolutely loved shopping here and highly recommend anyone to come here to look for their dream dress! You won’t regret it!

Such a beautiful store and really lovely staff! They are not pushy whatsoever and was able to try any dresses that I wanted with no pressure. The staff made me feel really comfortable and were more than happy to accommodate my party of 5. I ended up finding my dress after 3 and from then until the pick up, the process was flawless. I have recommended Oxford Bridal to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so!

When you come to Oxford Bridal you get the whole experience. The dresses are amazing, there is a great space to show them to your friends/family when trying on. And the staff are amazing! Very helpful, giving honest feedback in a respectful manner. They offered suggestions on accessories that really made the dresses. And out of all the stores I went to they were the most respectful when trying on dresses - put you first and respectful of privacy and your needs when trying dresses on. And offered my bridal party water which others we went to didn't.

Been to other few bridal shops to try out the dresses, but eventually I found my dream dress at Oxford bridal. I really like their design of dresses. The ladies who work there are so bubbly friendly and knowledgeable. Mum and I had a really great shopping experience with them. Definitely highly recommended:)
