Great sale staff friendly and very helpful

Very disappointed, made a special trip in and found they were closed on a Tuesday. I arrived at 11.30 to find they were closed and on a break till 12.30. They should say online if they close at lunch time.

The hours stated are online are until 4.30pm most days. Twice now I have gone specifically to the mall to this store only to have the grate pulled down and supposedly closed - today that was at 3.45pm (Tuesday) and last time it was just before 4pm. 😕 if opening hours change please ensure the website is updated.

The girls at the sale store are fantastic. My issue is with the actual company not the staff at Sale store. Recently I found some tops while browsing online. As my sister was going to the store I asked her to get two for me. After checking receipt the store price is $10 ea dearer than online. I contacted customer service to be told it is common to have one price online and a different one in store. But if I had purchased online and done click n collect I would have got them for the online price 🤷‍♀ No other company that I know of has different prices for online vs in store unless they are having a sale., even then it is well signed stating such. Very very disappointed with Autograph

New cargo pants fit well in store. One wash in cold water and they are now Ankle Freezers (they have shrunk so much).
Because item has been worn they will not refund.

Dodgy product and company not interested.
