A derelict colliery on Crown land, leased by BHP-Billiton.

The colliery is surrounded by the Dharawal National Park - but does not form part of it. Due to hazards, the site is closed to the public and it is fenced and secured.

Mothballed coal mine that hasn’t been mined for 30 years. Structures are rusted and beginning to collapse and gas leaks out from capped shafts. Its lease is inside the National Park and is currently the responsibility of South32.
