Excellent staff and care, which is particularly nice when dealing with the more difficult times of life.

I stayed here in 2018 or 2019 when I had migraine last for about 1 and a half months. I will never forget what they did for me and the people I met who were just like me. I hope people there appreciate the facility as much as we did and enjoy their stay and the company of the other people staying.

Stayed here for a week or so, and was a really good experience. Staff nurses all were good and very helpful. And was a huge difference from the QEH Cromard ward. Got all the help I needed and plus the support mechanisms in place for me on the outside.

Genuinely saved me from the darkest time in my life. I'll be forever grateful for this facility and will not be ashamed should I ever need to attend again.

I don’t know what I would do without this place! The environment is so much better than hospital and the staff so much better at treating mental health, many of them with lived experiences of their own. There will be hit or miss staff, as there is with every place, but as long as you advocate for yourself and are a participant in your care this place couldn’t be more ideal. The work they do is invaluable!

Much more relatable than hospital mental health wards. A huge plus to the western community.

It was great for getting me back on my feet after a bad time in my life

This centre fails to deliver on some of their most basic promises. I attended as a support person for my boyfriend - he recieved no clear treatment or exit plan despite being assured otherwise on repeated requests, was frequently offered medication with no accompanying information about the risks or reasons for treatment, and overall we have been here for more than half of his predicted admission without receiving any meaningful support. This place is unorganised, unfocused, and staff show very little concern for the residents actual mental health beyond some honestly kindergarten-level psychological support of playing boardgames and watching TV with other residents, as if that will assist with long-term depression and suicidality.

ESPECIALLY cannot recommend this place to any autistic or socially anxious person - you will find the passive-aggressive emphasis on group activites, and lack of planning and communication to be an absolute hellscape.

Absolutely pathetic behaviour by the social worker, I was there to get help and support , this social worker was very rude , made me embarrassed, Hospital referred me there for mental health rather I received embarrassed , insulting service from the social worker which led me to discharge myself.

An enrolled nurse worked today was rude in communication.

The nurses were very nice but Dr. Matthew Smith is terrible...so lazy!
