I have found the admin and Drs have always been great and gone the extra mile to help out. They helped me with my feverish daughter and helped my mum out tonight. Thank you to the staff working tonight and the staff working May 2nd.

Clean and efficient establishment. Such a great asset to have in the Northern Midlands, serving the Greater local community.

Reception staff can be particulary rude especially one named Wendy. Majority of Doctors there are great except for one or two that make you wonder if they got their uni degree from the back of a cereal box. It is these Doctors that you see if you need to get in quickly otherwise if you want a good quality Doctor here be prepared to wait from a week to a month

Lack of information between reception and drs. Received a bill of $70 for a phone consultation which shouldn’t have been made if they had done their job correctly the first time. They did erase it after I went and complained. And said I shouldn’t have received it.

Very rude reception lady at Perth, everything I askd was a no, and she told me I need to keep better check on my prescriptions so they don't run out, sorry but sometimes life gets busy and you forget about these things, hope she changes her attitude real soon!!!

Poor service, rude staff, not accommodating to people who don't speak English - certain doctors unwilling to do interpreter appointments and they are very inconsistent with the information they provide.
Booked an appointment and asked for an interpreter to be provided over the phone (which I have had appointments in the past with an interpreter) was confirmed it would be arranged for us. Our appointment was then rescheduled because the doctor refused the appointment with a phone interpreter. I then had to rescheduled the appointment from my end and was then rescheduled with the same doctor that refused the appointment (which I was unaware about) - got to the appointment, no interpreter was arranged and was denied treatment.
A comment about my personal care to my workers is 'absolutely appalling' is disrespectful and unwarranted.

Incompetent practice. Can’t get get a script correct for a Webster pack. Reception staff rude and will not return calls. Avoid at all costs. GP’ s keep you waiting for over an hour after your appointment time.

No Service for over an hour.
Seats are very uncomfortable.
Desk service was quite rude.
