I cannot be more happy about the service I received from Caterina.

I first went into the store in February, and Caterina showed me all of my options, customisations and prices. When I came back almost six months later, she recognised me and remembered all of the details we had discussed. We were then able to sort out the finer details and order the ring.

The process was really smooth and I am very happy with the price, especially with the level of customisation I had available. Caterina is clearly very passionate about jewellery and I will definitely be going back

My and my fiancé got our engagement ring and wedding band at the arcade store recently. Justin and his team were super helpful. We enjoyed our visit there. And I don’t need to talk about their jewelry collections cause they spoke for themselves.

Great service. Tina guided us through the process of selecting an appropriate wedding band and explaining the differences between karats and styles. Very thorough and helped greatly with narrowing our selection. Ring was ready in less than 2 weeks - a good week to 2 weeks ahead of the quoted completion. Inscriptions on the inside of the ring look great. Thanks to Tina and the staff that helped when we picked up the ring on the day. Should the need arise, we will definitely be back in the future as we are very pleased with the service and quality.

The staff ( I dealt with Maggie), are extremely friendly and helpful, without there being any expectation that you will buy something.
I put my rings in the be cleaned and have the claws checked ( cleaning does not cost anything), and was found to have loose diamonds in my eternity ring.
The quote was prompt and I have always found any work that I’ve had done to be of very high quality.

We have had bespoke jewellery made for 35 years at GM, starting with my engagement ring, wedding/maternity ring, and eternity ring . The most recent have been bespoke rings incorporating my mums engagement diamond, and my mother-in-laws engagement diamond. All 5 rings have been designed as a set, and they are absolutely stunning when worn together. In addition I wear bespoke diamond earrings, a tennis bracelet, and a bespoke diamond necklace that has recently been modified to include a lovely pink diamond. Once again, it is obvious that all items were designed to be a set and worn together, despite having been made at different times.
I have been living interstate for 28 years, but always come to see Gerard and his team when visiting Adelaide. Once you have had bespoke jewellery made by GM, and appreciate the quality and workmanship, it is not possible to go to an ordinary jeweller!

I just had a ring made by McCabe’s Jewellers & it was a great experience! Communication was great, & the transference of the design I wanted into the actual ring was seamless.
