This was my first time buying something from here. I needed gas struts for the car hatch. A sales bloke came and measured them up for me, quickly went and got the right product. I was about to ask how to install them when he explained the best way, and what to watch out for so it didn't go wrong.

I went to UES wingfield To enquire about struts for a project that I was building after having been told that it was too hard to engineer. The person I approached at the counter was Steve and after 2 trips and much discussion he was able to help me and I went on to finish the project successfully. The price of the struts were very reasonable and Steves advice was absolutely great. Thank you UES and Steve.

Awful place to shop. Nothing has price tags, guys behind counter on phones or computers. Then come, take down long numbers, etc, disappear for a while until finally the price is discovered and . . way too expensive.

Only one standing there. Attendants were too busy on computers to even say be with you in a minute. Finally served to be told I need to research more details on the struts they probably have in stock. So I did in the car park outside and bought gas struts online with free delivery! Lift your game guys . You were recommended to me! I wanted to buy local.

Across the counter enquiry, told they would ring back, still waiting, 6 months. not that great. Now email (different product) enquiry, waiting for ever, no response. Absolutely hopeless.

So rude absolutely no customer service at all.
