ordered a beef bigmac and chicken bigmac, they accidentally gave us two beef ones. went back around they gave us the chicken bigmac and a large fries and were so friendly about the whole thing :)

One of the better McDonald's around the area, and one of my favourites to stop for breakfast. Staff are polite and professional, and any errors are usually corrected promptly and hassle free. Great atmosphere in the morning, usually find myself hanging around a little longer than your average eat and run burger joint, and the free WiFi is also a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick coffee and breakfast.

Is my near McDonald go there minimum once a week for a happy meal of chicken nuggets for my son , friendly staff and fast.

Stopped for a coffee and brecky Burger and used the drive through to order.

The guy on the microphone taking drive through was so efficient, great mannered and managed all the cars in dual lanes. Well done 👏 ✔ 👍 👌

As far as Macca's goes, pretty consistent

usually have a bad experience at mcdonald’s but this one was good, app had an issue with payment (which was at fault on their end) and the manager sorted it for us and gave us fresh food and was really nice the whole time. Mcdonald’s should be very proud of that manager who’s name I forgot to get.

They did send me wrong item for my drive order. However, when I talked to the manager they offered my the meal I don't ordered. I didn't want to eat right away, and they really send me a mail with voucher. This action make me think they are responsible, I will definitely go there again.

Had the pleasure of having the drive thru attendant ( Luke ) take my large order, which my lovely children decided to change twice. Luke's patience and customer service in a busy period was so appreciated I had to individulise this post. A real asset for Maccas Port Adelaide. Maybe the Maccas on Port Rd Woodville should try poach him, cos they're service would have to be the worst in Australia. Keep up the good work Luke

Very quick and easy to order plus the food arrived with nothing missing also no delays. I had a small Big Mac Meal and a Cheeseburger here and everything tasted Great!

Good fast food for kids. At least you don't have sesame seeds on your cheese burgers. My son has allergies n cannot have hungry jacks. Good on you macers for thinking of kids 😁

Best service I've ever received in any fast food joint. I expect little from maccas but these dudes went above and beyond helping us with those dumb self service machines. Anything that works for no pay should never be trusted.

Your nice staff, I'm a disability support worker and when I bring in customers their always really great with them and it just makes there day. And of course timely service, it is real quick

Very unusual service, it seemed that all the staff was new and did not have any clue of the McDonald's operations and how to use the systems like POS and Qmatic!

Luke in drive through is always helpful. When you see him you know your order will be taken right.well done.

Always prompt, always friendly and if there is ever an issue with order, they are always quick to resolve.
