After planning a birthday weekend away for my partner using a different company we ended up being double booked and having no where to go until we contacted branchys holiday homes, they immediately offered us a place with no hesitation and were accomadated within 15 minutes of contact in a very clean spacious property.
Would recommend branchys holidays home to anyone.

Nice place! I stayed in the Be Bo Moro. 60’s-style accommodation; very colourful inside with lots of amenities for a self-contained experience, even including a BBQ!

A great choice if you plan to bring an extra friend or 2, as it sleeps up to 4 people!
(Big bed + 2x singles in 2 separate rooms)

Competitive price! Less than $200 /night.
You won’t find better value elsewhere!

Walking distance from the general store cafe /river mouth area. (I rather walk than pay for parking right next to the water)..

Also: The Country Club is also a short walk away, & they offer typical pub-style food, as well as activities like golf/pool & more.

Lastly, they expect you to clean up upon departure like as though you’re renting there; it didn’t feel that unreasonable, but,
being asked to water the grass was odd.

Great accommodation

We stayed at the house close to the Guilderton river which was perfect. The only reason I have given it 2 stars is that we absolutely accepted that is was a beach shack and we had no problems with this. For the amount we paid, I would have expected it cleaner as I also have my own holiday home I rent out down south. The biggest disappointment however, it's that we left over two weeks ago and still have not received our deposit back. I have rung numerous times and we still have not received it. Very disappointed

Absolutely shocking!!!! Owner expects you to completely spring clean the house after you stay otherwise your bond won’t be refunded! $600 plus $300 a night for two nights down the drain. Be careful!

Extremely disappointed....very overpriced. Totally understand that it was a beach shack but it was unclean, unhygienic, infested with ants, cockroaches and mice. This was mentioned when we returned the keys, the caretakers response was dismissive. Poor quality accommodation and customer service.
