Similar review to Courtney Dudley but positive points:
- Big place with many rooms for a family or two.
- TVs, air conds and comfortable beds in all rooms.
- Dishwasher and dryer which many accommodation do not provide is a big +.
- Nice alfresco area with BBQ facilities.
- Access to all Sebel facilities like pools, games room, gym which is good.
- Price was fair for the size of the accommodation and inclusions.

Negative points:
- Cleaning of dust, flooring and removal of bugs and spider webs should be done prior to any new check in. Checkout is 12pm and checking 4pm so that's a solid few hours to clean thoroughly the inside (2 staff needed minimum). Cleaning personnel was friendly and helpful though.
- Consoles or cables need to be checked (no CDs of Xbox games) and no Foxtel, just digital TV.
- Handyman need to learn to knock before coming in the garden (or roof as I saw another review). It seems they just invite themselves in without notice which is rude and should be done after checkout.
- Since it's right next to the bush, mosquitoes swarm the place in the early evening so prepare yourself to battle them if they get in. Keep closed doors and switch off lights if leaving the place during the evening.
- Gavin (owner or caretaker) doesn't seem to care too much about issues reported to him (doesn't reply) so reckon you trust yourself if any issues during your stay as Sebel doesn't get involved with those units.

This place is terrible, do not under any circumstance stay here, it stinks of cigarettes, it is not part of the resort, it is filthy and disgusting. Priced as a luxury getaway. We left a day early not caring about losing money it was horrible. Book through Sebel their rooms seemed good quality, this was a privately owned bungalow within the resort we were not aware of this otherwise would not have booked so could not change rooms.. the place should be condemned.

Going to give this a 1 star, don't book this!
The owner (not Sebel) hasn't repaired the p[lace in years. Very disappointed as the place was not clean on arrival. Electrical cables out of the wall, fly's on the counter, marks all over the wall.
We paid $600 a night for rubbish.

Needs a lot of maintenance and new cleaning staff. From mould throughout the washing machine and the wall in the main bedroom, bugs in all light fittings, spiders and spider webs in the main shower - it seems the only thing that is cleaned is the floors and the beds made.

For the amount you pay you dont expect for cables to be hanging down the wall from the tv or the couch ripped and stuffing exposed in various places.

Also the morning we were checking out someone was on the roof cleaning the windows - being able to see straight into the bedroom! Lucky everyone was dressed! Could not of waited till after check out or any warning be provide?

I messaged the *owner* through the booking agency I used, and he did not seem to care at all. Even with all the photographic evidence.
