Stopped in for a meal on our way to Dubbo and found a great old pub with a really good menu, including kids meals. We enjoyed looking around at the character-filled bar, and the chicken schnitzel were delicious! But most of all, I must thank the wonderful staff for rescuing my bag and keeping it safe for me til we returned to get it!

This is a great country pub where you will enjoy very good service in a friendly atmosphere, I plan to go again.

Friendly and welcoming. Basic old bedrooms and communal bathrooms but neat and quite clean. Comfy bed. Crisp clean sheets. Very basic serve yourself breakfast was included. All In great value at $25 for the night. Quiet and lovely little town.

The meat pies were tops, but I can not recommend the apple turnover and cream.
