Horizons House - Peppermint Grove Beach

Wonderful house - the location and views are superb, everything was really clean and kitchen well-equipped. We appreciated the welcome basket and basic supplies provided, including salt/pepper/sugar/flour/oil.

Older house, could use a good clean

I understand the owners are trying to make a living but this isn't a 4 star accommodation
The view is fantastic, that's what your paying for. It's location to the beach is great.
The house isn't great for the price it costs.
I wouldn't stay here again

Remote for fans didn't work and being middle of summer we needed it.- we bought batteries
The balcony balustrade was extremely wobbly, I'd say dangerous and probably wouldn't meet any building codes in Australia. Definitely dangerous for our kids and any unsuspecting person.
A dead mouse or rat could be smelt throughout the house, was disgusting actually. The owner did buy us some diffusers to try overcome the smell but it wasn't good.
Random lights flickering when turned off (dodgy switches)

The water was hot and it had toilets that flushed so that's a win.

The house needs some attention.
