The room was surprisingly nice. Clean, new, and thoughtful. It looks like it's gradually being improved with new linen, furniture, some appliances, new shower door and basin despite old tiles so it feels like owners are putting love and money earned back into the place. Ben was lovely and has a family ownerships vibe to it.

New owners are working hard on renovating the place. They are very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and nice pool. Good BBQ area. All bed linen seems to be brand new. Definitely a work in progress but if you are after a clean and quiet comfortable affordable place, you can’t go wrong here. Ben and his wife will look after you well.

Great little motel for a short stay in millicent. Was clean, tidy and spacious for a family of 4 with 2 joining rooms.

Last minute decision to stay here when Robe & Kingston SE were booked out. The staff were friendly & helpful. We got the deluxe queen room for $114. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. Queen bed, leather couch, big TV, large bench/desk. BBQ available and unheated pool.

Excellent service, called in while on the road and late at night, staff were able to accommodate us at short notice and with late night arrival. Rooms are homely, modern and comfortable. Lovely experience and fantastic staff. We will always stay here when I'm town. Thanks!

Our queen room was modern, clean, and spacious, and had a heater.
Complementary continental breakfast had gluten free options, and plenty of fresh fruit.

Tonight I had a fine dining experience.Commencing with perfectly toasted garlic bread with the right amount of olive oil and garlic.Followed by delicious salmon and feta and avocado cream. The main dish was homemade gnocchi with roasted mushroom and tomatoe,which tasted just simply delicious.I also had a sweet which I enjoyed.The service I must say was second to none

Great custome service and the rooms are clean and comfy.. the beds are very comfortable. I had the best sleep ever... 😴

Accommodation was friendly & of great value. The meals were absolutely fantastic. We had the massaman curry & thai chicken green curry with a couple of lovely entrees.
The thai curry here is the best ive had in Australia or Thailand. Well done. Great place to stop in between melbourne & adelaide.

Stayed here for several months, a couple of years ago due to work. Friendly staff, excellent accommodation and food. Looking forward to returning some day.
