We chose Sunwise to install our new solar system as we were impressed with their industry knowledge, system recommendation and past performance reviews. The system has 22 x 390W Q-Cell panels (8.58kW PV capacity) and a 5.0kW Q-Cell hybrid inverter together with 3 x 6.3kWh batteries as backup. The installation took place earlier than anticipated, and is impressive in how it displays mounted on the wall.

Communication and information with regard to the installation date was great, and Sunwise arranged for all permissions for the grid connection. The Sunwise installation team were quietly efficient, and took pride in the final presentation. They ensured that we understood how the system worked, and stressed that in the unlikely event that we required assistance, the Sunwise support team was only a phone call away.

Would we recommend Sunwise for others considering a solar installation? We certainly would!

Very smooth upgrade from my old system to a great new Fronius Gen 24 Plus which has consumption monitoring which I am finding very interesting and helpful. Communication was excellent at every stage. The system Sunwise installed is amazing. Fronius Gen24. 16 solar pannels. Monitoring the sysem online through the portal is easy. The installers were easy to talk to and answered all my annoying tech savy questions, trust me I Had HEAPS to ask.

I had a 5kw system just installed from sunwise Bunbury. From the time I walked into the office and spoken to Kiara and Emma about booking a quote to when Mike come out to my place was nothing but exceptional. Kiara gave me a few pamphlets to go over and booked the appointment the same day for the quote. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped me in any questions I had regarding the solar install. I felt like a friend not a customer. When Rob, Abbas, Kayne and Daniel arrived to install the system they treated the install like it was there home. The attention to detail and the look of the final product was on point. The cabeling in the roof cavity looks like it will not fall apart and securely held to the beams. At the end Rob went through everything and how the system operates. I will be using the team in bunbury again. Grate work guys. 5 Stars.

We initially had a door knocker come to our door to try and sell us a system. Luckily a friend recommended Sunwise.
Dan the solar designer was patient and explained the system thoroughly and presented us with an Austrian Fronius system which was installed 3 days later by the very knowledgeable Sunwise installers. Even Kiara in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I can not recommend Sunwise enough

Great service from a local business. Very quick installation appointment and good follow up on when the team were going to be on site. Install day went very well with the Sunwise team quick and polite while working, power was off for only a short time which made life more workable. We recently purchased a complete solar panel and battery system from Sunwise Energy and found the whole experience to be outstanding.

Right from our initial inquiry, the customer service we received was professional, courteous and timely. Our power requirements were assessed by a site visit and an appropriate system design offered that not only reflected our needs but could also be easily expanded in the future if required. Importantly there was no over sell or sales pressure and all aspects of the equipment offered, installation and backup service were clearly explained, enabling us to purchase with confidence.

Once we placed our order, we were kept up to date on progress with regular communication from their office which was always friendly and accurate. Installation date was booked and confirmed well in advance with an ETA commitment almost down to the hour!

My experience with Sunwise Energy was outstanding. It started off with Mike coming out to actually see my home, location where panels could go, asked a few questions before he sat down with me to explain solar (first timer) and all the options available. Within a day he sent out 4 different configurations based on our conversation. The Sunwise team was very responsive to my follow on questions before we made a decision to go with Sunwise. I had 3 other companies provide quotes but only one made the effort to come to my house and meet face to face. The install team was right on time and were very professional and communicative on what they were going to do or needed. They cleaned up all the debris from the packaging and wiring and gave me a full rundown of the system prior to departing. Once installed, I received a follow up note making sure we were happy with everything. I would recommend Sunwise Energy and their team to anyone who is looking to install solar in the future.

To say impressed is an understatement. The complete team has been helpful, friendly, informative and most importantly, honest about the best system for us at our home.
The team from the 1st phone call through to discussing quotes and then extremely quick installation was great. Best part is that the team installing the system were efficient, quick and most importantly clean.
The removal of the old failed system as great as well, nothing left behind at all.
Thanks for everything and yes, we will be in touch for any improvements (batteries) etc. in the future plus servicing and cleaning of the system.

Our solar system was installed a year ago by another company that has gone into liquidation. A leak in our roof developed under a panel and I called Ben at SolarWise who organised a team to fix the problem ON THE SAME DAY! Fantastic service! Only wish I had got them to supply and install our system in the first place. Highly recommend
