My Psychologist

Frances Koulos is a very competent, professional Psychologist, who displays empathy and understanding. Frances has been supportive during times when I have been unable to cope, and has advocated on my behalf when my depression has affected my objectivity and ability to deal with my workplace. She has provided me with strategies to cope and sound advice when I have needed counseling. Her unwavering support and advice has given me the strength to cope, and hope when there has been feelings of dispair and hopelessness. Frances is a excellent Psychologist and a fine person. I highly recommend her.

Speaking with a group friends about my struggle to recover from a work injury, one of them suggested that I should speak to a psychologist. Another suggested that I should see a psychologist that they had seen previously that helped them immensely when they were going through relationship issues. On their advice a called Frances from My Psychologist and booked an appointment. That call and the subsequent appointments helped my see that I was not alone and I had found someone really special to get me through a difficult time. Frances is a fantastic psychologist and a fantastic person. With her help I found the strength to overcome the psychological effects of my injury and I’m now back at work and a much better person to be around. I am very disappointed in services received. Cancelled numerous times, I was very understanding the first few times as she said it was due to illness. The way she interacted
with my 5year old son was not positive at all. I got the report 4 weeks after promised. Just be aware.
