Was there on a quiet Sunday evening. Cool design, great cocktails and good music. (Think Credence Clearwater Revival, The Police). Staff have a passion for cocktail making and left feeling had an experience not only a couple of good quality cocktails. Enjoyed the Super Julius

The best cocktail bar I've visited. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly, chatty and welcoming. Experts at their craft and an absolute pleasure to meet. So good I came back every night during my stay in Adelaide. Highly recommend.

Me and my partner ordered four drinks after work on Friday night, I like the discreet ,low key entrance design, it’s very interesting.
We enjoyed the drinks and ambiance, service. 👍🏻

Slink underground for an intimate cosy bar, with expert staff, who know how to simultaneously entertain while they pour you the tastiest cocktails I've had in a long time. We came back the next day just to check...yup, still awesome. We had the White Sands, Odd Company, Lily Pad (fav), Poolside, Middleton Mango. All delicious and as described on the menu

Love this little hidden egg all the people who work here are great they were very busy but the girl out the front still squeezed us in, always an enjoyable drink here.

The pinnacle of cocktail bars in Adelaide - I’m so glad I went there first!!! Service was incredible and very knowledgeable. The cocktail list blew my mind with local ingredients and combinations, very happily surprised. And sitting at the bar was easily the best choice, so much to see, hear and absorb! A must try when in Melbourne!

Hands down my fave bar in Adelaide. I’d read good things, and my first visit didn’t disappoint (I’ve since returned many times). Staff are lovely and make a mean cocktail, and the space is gorgeous. If you haven’t been yet you’re missing out!

Look out for the green sign and head down the stairs at Bread & Bone (also a great place to check out for a bite first).

Loved this bar!! The whole vibe is an experience. Drinks were very unique in a good way. Felt very cosy and secluded. Very good location with a yummy restaurant above.

Great little Gatsby-esque find! Was having dinner at the Bread and Bone (sitting outside in the rustic train station style alley) when we noticed a lot of people going down some stairs and entering a door that looked like a wall. Only to realise there's a whole bar behind it! So wandered in after dinner and spent a an hour in the small 20s inspired Decor in a booth drinking a delicious Peel St Reviver, which I would highly recommend! There's also about 130 whiskeys... And a good range of cocktails if that's more your thing... Also a great addition was some spiced up Nutri-Grain snacks (totally original and very tasty).

Fun bar in a hidden place. It was super busy, but the staff kept up with the orders and we never had to wait long for our drinks.

Recommend booking a table if you are a large group coming in on a weekend.

*Edit - 4 years later and this cocktail bar is still my favourite in Adelaide. The hidden door and word of mouth has spread! Also super happy they have kept their classics on the menu (even though their seasonal menu is fantastic). The Peel Street reviver is a much loved classic, and the seasonal Early Recess was a delight. An absolute must if you love expertly made, fresh cocktails!

Also, super important to book a table/space at the bar. Its become more popular for a reason!

Quite simply the best cocktail bar in Adelaide. I've introduced several friends to this place and they have all wanted to come back the following week. Fantastic range of hard to find Japanese whiskey and local craft beer is a fantastic touch. If you're a whiskey geek, i thoroughly recommend the Hakushu whiskey, you won't regret it! If I could rate this place higher, I would!

Excellent cocktail/whiskey/gin bar. They do a superb job of showcasing local spirits, flavours and fresh produce and the bar staff are second to none. Massive novelty entrance too. No wonder we were there 3-4 times over the course of the week.

What a great cocktail bar. Just let the team know some flavours you like and they will work on a creation for you. Super friendly team.

The footy finished down the road and bar was slammed with 3 staff members. But they worked it out with a smile and managed the place perfectly.

Wow this place is dope, if you really don’t ask about the bar you will def miss it. Great drink and ambiance. Bill Murray was my best drink of the night.
