Auto Masters Port Adelaide

They were very friendly and helpful fixing our car. We were traveling through Adelaide and although many others said they were booked out (also due to the upcoming long weekends) the guys at Auto Masters were able to squeeze us in on the next day. Organized the parts the same day and fixed the car.

Was great getting my A\C fixed and it re gassed, works much better

Have been using Jim and team for over 20 years on numerous vehicles. Always found them professional and very knowledgeable. Always ring if anything unexpected is found. Daughter also uses and often has a budget which she tells them to do most important first and when more money available gets more done. Never had a problem even when bring in car on tow truck and they are fully booked. Got me back on road quicker than I thought. Highly recommend for honest professionals.

Fantastic. Been using them for years with older 'normal' cars and, more recently, logbook type/specialised 4×4 services. Almost no complaints, almost always excellent advice and I've found their honesty to be second-to-none. Recommended and have always tried as hard as possible to 'do right' by me. A rare quality these days! Keep doing what you're doing and you'll have me as a customer for a good many more years to come!

A work mate recommended me to Auto Masters. I chose the Port, close to home. I do not believe it would have mattered which location I visited, I still would have ended up STOKED with me new radiator! Thanx a bunch Ian, Jim and crew.

Have had my cars serviced here 10+ times and have always been satisfied with their work. The manager is a friendly guy and good at communicating. The price is normal for mechanics.
The only time I was dissapointed was when I had an intermittant squealing noise coming from the front steering. It wasnt squealing when I got the car serviced so they said to bring it in when it was squealing. I brought it in one morning when it was squealing but they said they didnt have time to look at it. I took it to a different mechanic and they fixed the squeal.

They were brilliant! I would thoroughly recommend them. They fixed a problem I have had with my car for 6 months. I was ripped off by two other mechanics who took my money and did nothing. Sam was great and kept me informed every day and they were very reasonably priced as well.

The team at port Adelaide auto masters are the best. Jim and Ian are absolute legends, have referred so many people here and will continue to bring all my cars here. Have always looked after me and my family! 10/10 for me :)

These guys go out of their way to make you happy. I had a concern with a service but it was attended to swiftly and properly. Turns out my perception was incorrect whoops. My apologies to Simon, Jason and Tony for me being manic and simply unreasonable but somehow you all kept your cool during my rant. Anyone reading can be assured they will do their utmost to keep you as a happy customer.

Have always found friendly, helpful automotive service here. I keep coming back for a reason! Knowledgeable and HONEST, I have always been kept informed, treated respectfully and never ripped off or had some sort of extra work charged that was simply not needed. That's how they have kept my business!

Excellent service and probably the only place in Adelaide that gave me a quote over the phone when told them what was wrong with the car they where honest and very fair about pricing for parts and for labour I will be suggesting them to all my followers and clients that I can't keep up with

Great customer service focus and not afraid to add value through little things. e.g. I mentioned not to use passenger side door lock as it hadn't been working for several years. When we picked up the vehicle that lock had been fixed at no extra charge.

Great service, friendly staff. Air-conditioner issue found and fixed for a reasonable cost, RAA discount as well which is always good. Will take my other car there next for a similar issue with the A/C. Great job.
