We had a wonderful experience. Victoria was amazing. She was so lovely. Victoria took the time to understand what my daughter was looking for and then gave her many options in a variety of styles and colours for her to try on.
It's obvious that Victoria has a great understanding of what styles of dresses fit each body type.
It was so lovely to see my daughter try of dresses that she hasn't considered in the past.
Victoria was so warm, understanding and patient. She gave my daughter a wonderful experience.

I Have never been wedding dress shopping before. I was super nervous as i didnt know what dress was my style. Victoria went above and beyond to make me feel like a princess. I have never come across someone who has that much passion and love in her job. The service i was given was next level amazing. Could not fault anything about my experience. I would recommend 1000%

Went in there a few weeks ago, to get my formal dress and the service from the moment we walked in the door was perfect! Vic got my room set up straight away with the most beautiful dresses ever!! I picked my dress that day and ever since the service has been beautiful. I pick up my dress next week just in time for the formal and i’m so excited!!

What an absolutely beautiful and truly unforgettable experience. Victoria has and continues to go above and beyond for all of our needs for formal shopping. Victoria has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of trying on wedding dresses. After being to many other bridal places and having no luck, i finally found the one here! They have such a wide variety of dresses to try. I cannot wait for my dress to arrive and for the big day in 2025! :)

Victoria was absolutely fantastic. She was welcoming, kind and very helpful when picking a dress that would suit me. After 2 bad experiences at other stores, it was lovely to receive excellent service.

We had such a lovely experience shopping for my friends wedding dress. Staff were so accommodating, friendly, not at all pushy like other shops for a sale. When trying on dresses they were offering things that my friend felt like were missing on the dress, eg if the dress didn’t have a leg split or straps, they gave us options to add them. Something other shops hadn’t offered. They hyped us up with what we tried on, we’re not at all judgemental at our ideas or vision for the wedding. We even wanted to come back a second time the same day without an appointment and were welcomed so warmly. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks ladies!

Couldn't be happier with the service my daughter Madi received today. We had spent the day formal dress shopping (unsuccessfully) and stumbled across Princess Collection on our way home. Lucky for us we did! Georgina was absolutely fantastic! She listened to what my daughter wanted, offered a huge range of beautiful dresses to try on and was supportive and made her feel stunning and confident. We walked out with her perfect dress and a very happy young lady. Thank you so much Georgina, she looks forward to sharing photos from her big night!

The staff were just kind and knowledgable making the experience relaxing and fun! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to buy a dress for any formal occassion. Great selection of beautiful dresses too.

Haven’t had time to write a review yet but the dress I got from this shop is absolutely stunning. Also talking about service, the girls been so helpful and friendly. I purchased a dress without sleeves and they changed it for me as I wanted and also before my wedding I lost a lot of weight and the ladies managed to fit the dress for me in such a short time. Its definitely good value for money and they have all the designs and prices for everyone’s budget I’m coming soon with my best friend to get her wedding dress from this boutique.

I had an amazing experience, was feeling anxious before I arrived, and left, feeling at peace and content, Victoria was amazing, she had so much patience, and had an amazing sense of knowing, what dress would suit me. I tried on so many dresses, and it was fun doing so. Victoria was helpful, kind and honest, she kept on bringing in dresses, that she knew would suit my body type. I ended up buying two amazing dresses, I felt good, wearing them, and quite flattering. I recommend Princess Collection, not only for their exquisite dresses, which I may add, they cater in larger sizes. it’s also the service and care that will also make me go back. Jasmine and Vic were amazing and so supportive. Jas helped me pick my dress and Vic helped me when i came in to pick it up. After being to multiple stores and being sick of trying on dresses these girls knew exactly how to get me in the right mindset and back on track. Jasmine knew exactly what i wanted with me only saying a colour, she pulled a few and gave me her honest opinion when i asked for it. Vic was a star when i came in to pick it up, she helped me try it on make sure it fit perfectly and made sure i was comfortable. we chatted for a good 15-30 minutes just babbling. these girls are so so worth it, and i loved every second of talking with them. thank you so so much for making this the best experience!

After searching for almost a year I walked into this place and im so glad I did.
My body shape has changed alot in the past few years and my confidence is quite shot.
Im sorry I can't remember the lady's name but she was amazing, she took the reigns, made me feel super comfortable, we had lots of giggles and she is brutally honest but in a good way!
I have worked as store manager in my previous years in fashion and the service I got is rare and im very grateful that we stumbled across this beautiful shop.
Thankyou so much for your personal touch, your funny personality and making it an experience where im usually in tears and wanting to give up.

This was the second boutique we visited and in comparison to the first, the quality of the gowns at Princess Collection really is first class. My daughter, who was shopping for her Year 12 formal, was able to choose 10 dresses to try on (whilst she only tried on 3 at the first shop). Victoria was so fabulous in providing suggestions which fit my daughter's "dress brief" perfectly! She was also honest and very professional providing feedback in a way which allowed my daughter space to admire herself in all of them and make her own decisions. We went back after a few days so that she could try on her top 2, and Victoria was once again such a delight!
I also want to share that even though the shop is located on a busy road, Victoria has curated such a serene and lovely atmosphere! You completely forget all the bustle when you get in there: it's calm and quiet and smells divine, and all the dresses are displayed beautifully.
My daughter is so happy with her purchase and we can't wait to share her formal photos with Victoria!

Princess collection is fantastic, this is the second time I’ve been here for formal dresses for my daughters and the service was so good and so friendly, they were always smiling, so happy to help even know we got out 10 different dresses to try, we shopped around over 5 different stores and princess collection were by far the best quality.
