Got my first every perm at this salon yesterday. It turned out absolutely amazing plus the ladies gave me heaps of advice on upkeep. 10/10 service and 10/10 look. Will be going back!

I went in today to get my hair colored ash green and got my hair trimmed . I’m very happy with the result, it turned out better than I expected. Thank you so much Matilda and the KOCO team, they were very kind and considerate by checking in on me during the bleaching process. They offered me wifi, beverages and snacks while I was waiting for my hair to lighten.
I definitely recommend you check out the hair salon if you want your hair colored or get a haircut. Excellent service and I will be going again in the near future ⭐

I had a fantastic experience today with my hair perm at this salon! It was my first time trying hair perm so I was a little worried how it might turn out but the stylist Jinwoo and Matilda’s expertise truly showed in the amazing result. My hair looks beautifully textured and the curls are exactly how I wanted them. I'm impressed with the attention to detail and the care taken throughout the process. The stylist's friendly nature made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Also, they gave me little snack and coffee which I really really enjoyed having it. I'm so happy with my new look and will definitely be returning for more services. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

Got a full scalp to tip hair colour and I went from very black asian hair to light ash hair. Perfect for summer. Thank you Jiwoo for looking after my hair. Love it 😍, will return for another hair makeover.

Very nice, got a perm! Looks good. They seemed genuinely like they wanted the best for me and my damaged hair so they made sure to do a good job.

I like that you can just come and wait without booking. Great for busy people who are just looking for a gap in their schedule.
I even bring my kids here.

Finding a hair saloon that caters to Asian hair in a Western country is tough. I always get poor quality jobs done at an extremely expensive price point. Olivia was extremely professional, careful and detailed in handling my hair. I came in with orange tips and black roots, requested an ashy grey-brown style, and received EXACTLY that. They did the job in about 4 hours. I got a haircut to trim my ends as well. Altogether costs me $400. Worth every dollar.

I love this salon!!! Staff are all nice! Jinwoo is the best! Place is tidy, things that they are using from towels for washing hair and everything are clean. This was recommended by a friend of mine and been coming back since! Must try!
