All of the Doctors, nurses, medical and reception staff are caring and respectful. My Doctor is Dr Sultana and she is professional with empathy, skill and in depth care of her patients. This Clinic is very much appreciated by many people.
I am very happy attending this clinic.

I have no trouble getting an appointment. I always take water and a small item of food as the appointments are never on time. Dr.Kabir is a good listener and very considerate to my needs. Reception staff are really friendly. All staff in PORT PLAZA MEDICAL CENTRE are very capable with whatever you are seeing them about.

My family has been her on several occasions and each time we have been greeted by warm, friendly and very helpful receptionists. The doctors have been lovely and listened to our concerns providing thoughtful professional answers to all our nervous questions. The facilities are nice and clean, the doctors are on time and the online app makes it so easy to get a quick appointment rather then having to ring. Thankyou for your care❤

I saw Dr Kabir at Port Plaza Medical Centre when suffering a severe case of Shingles. His professional medical experience and personal care has been outstanding with assisting in my recovery. The staff at reception are always welcoming and helpful (Mel/Bianca)

Staff and the doctor are lovely and friendly... the medical centre is very nice...short waiting time...bulk billing...no out-of-pocket fee unlike other medical centres.

Dr Eismin is a kind and caring doctor who is determined to get to the bottom of any issues. She actively listens and takes the time to really understand. She has a wealth of knowledge that is evident in her ability to diagnose and manage any issues at all. I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Sania rehman is the most recommended doctor at Port Plaza Medical Centre. She has helped in every way possible and never said no. She is the most polite and cooperative General Practitioner I have ever had. Helped me through the critical stages when I wasn't getting the right direction from other GPs. My whole family is now inducted with Dr. Sania, due to the trust and love she has given that she will always be there when we need her.
