I’ve visited a few different places looking for new flooring my fixer upper renovation project, every other place I visited gave me expensive quotes hidden with unexpected extras, and a list of hidden required prep work. Dean was able to talk to me about the pros and cons of different types of flooring and helped me select a floor colour I liked, the whole process took about 60 minutes and the quote was affordable and within my budget.

Very happy with Chris service, professional and quick, only by himself and finished three rooms less than three hours, tidy and clean.

Mark & the team are so friendly and knowledgeable, they know exactly what to recommend and organised the whole thing for me from start to finish, and stayed in touch throughout. Flooring in high traffic areas not made anymore. Needed to find a close match for the 4 bedrooms. Looked at several suppliers. One store could not give us the time of day. Happened across Floorworld Gepps Cross. Very helpful staff. Found a close match in under 5 minutes. Ordered stock, arranged install for a Saturday. Not all installers work weekends but these guys did. Great attention to detail. Friendly and courteous. I CANNOT fault this experience in any way. I recommend Floorworld. I cant speak for some of the negative reviews here but they are not the normal. I will be having the install team back in the near future to finish off a project.
