Very quick service! The female nurse took my papers, handed me the cup, as soon as I got back from the bathroom I was called in.
Blood test was fast with no dramas, nurse lovely and friendly! Visit was on a Sat morning.

Had my bloods taken by Allan and he was very good and I was in and out quite quickly. I have deep veins so can be tricky taking blood but Allan found one easily. Highly recommend.

Allan is the BEST at taking blood from difficult veins, so if you over anxious having blood taken, for any reason _Allan will put that to rest & you’ll be looked after by him and all the staff (reception) are direct & very helpful,& a big THANK YOU for your service

Quick and painless!. Thanks Allan! I have deep veins which are normally quite problematic and the whole experience quite stressful.. A ten minute wait for bloods to be taken. I will choose this clinic again!

As a monthly visitor, cannot fault the staff. I am never anxious about having blood taken, the experience is always pleasant.

I've had a lot of blood tests over the years and this was still the LEAST painful one I've ever experienced despite getting 4-5 vials ☺💙 I didn't feel the needle go in or out. 10/10. If you're worried, see Allen 😅

Had a MRI at the Port Adelaide clinic and I had a wonderful fella called Andy do the procedure .
He had to give me a needle for some dye and he was absolutely wonderful ..so so gentle !
Clean place and staff were very nice .

Great and on time

Sometimes a bit slow to be seen but once you are in the chair they are quick and professional. I get a lot of routine blood tests and always come in here because it's very convenient. They always ask me which of my veins works best and respect that, therefor I've never had an issue with them drawing blood or needing to try more than once.

I had a good Vampire draw my blood for testing...they are all Very Good there at taking your blood..

I’m currently a double stage 4 cancer patient (bladder & Prostate) and have been through 2 other primary high risk cancers (Kidney RCC and Melanoma) since 2012.

Got off the phone today when called back after a 2 hour search from SA Pathology.

Nick tried hard & apologised but could not find last week’s blood test done at Port Adelaide.

Not nice 2 days ago sitting in front of my RAH Oncologist with no recent blood test to examine.

Will have to get the order and do it all again.

Make sure they type your details into the computer before you leave the clinic ..... they obviously didn’t do mine (later)! 😳

My husband went and got a blood test today, the guy who did it was rude, refused to listen to my husband when he said the guy should use a butterfly needle, the blood test guy demanded that he knew better because he’d been working for 20 years. He left a huge hole in my husbands arm and had to stick him at least 4 - 5 times to even get it down. The guy grunted and groaned the whole time like he didn’t want to be there.

No compassion, no respect. Never going back there. This whole experience was pathetic.

Only 5 patients in front of me but for some odd reason I had to wait for an hour and a half just to get a blood test. Never have I had to wait this long to have a blood test. Ridiculously slow. Reception staff are quite rude and no apologies to the customers. The nurse was quite rough. I never feel an injection go through but felt this one and was left with quite a nasty bruise and sore afterwards. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
