This chemist does not encourage return customers. I stopped using this chemist a few years ago because they were giving some of their customers a discount on scripts but not all customers.
I attended this chemist about 2 weeks ago but there was no pharmacist for 20 minutes as she was at lunch! Nowhere does it say that the pharmacist isn't here for a half hour each day. Bad luck if it is when you call it.
Today I dropped by to get my script filled and although there was nobody else in the store I was told there was at least a 25 minute wait because of all the people waiting!
I needed to get to the Saddleworth post office before they went to lunch(as stated on their opening hours.) So I went to Saddleworth to pick up my mail, then returned to Rivertonchemist. The crowd of prescriptions they put before mine were still all sitting waiting for pick.
Who does this pharmacist think she is? I will not return to this chemist. I think she is racist!
