On several occasions I have been into the store at Tea Tree Plaza. Every time the service has been exceptional. Celia & Carol polite, helpful they are an awesome team. I can’t thank them and praise them enough. In a culture where service is in short supply they go above and beyond. Thank you girls. I have found the staff here at TTP are very professional and helpful. I needed to buy a new Philips shaver as the old one I had bought some 10 years (from TTP store) ago could no longer get blades (the store checked for me) and it was taking allot longer to shave with mixed results. They took the time to go into great detail about functionality, compatibility and prices as to ensure it would suit my needs as well as the budget. They did not try to over sell me a shaver or apply any pressure in anyway. I had two staff serve me and both were excellent. As such I left with a new Philips 9000 series shaver and felt very confident in my decision.
I have not been disappointed in the performance of the unit purchased, or the few times I have called them with a couple of questions about features on both occasions they were happy to assist me. I would and do recommend this business. Thankyou.

Excellent service, great range of items, for all the family. Electric Toothbrushes, shavers, foot/leg massagers. Carol was great she wasn't pushy & was of great help to me finding what I needed.

I purchased a Philishave mens shaver two years ago, & recently it wasn't shaving as close as before, & then stopped working.
I did a bit of research & felt that the blades / heads needed replacing, as they suggest you do this every 2 years. I've been shaving my head the past 9 months so it's definitely had a lot of work.
So I headed to Shaver Shop TTP & had the pleasure to be served by Alex. He was friendly, knowledgeable & confirmed that was indeed the issue. He not only sold me the replacement parts required, but replaced them for me, taking time to show me how to do it myself next time. My shaver is now working as good as the day I bought it.
Great shop, great service & I recommend them 100%.

Wonderfully helpful staff, excellent range with great prices. We went into here for help with shavers and clippers for my partner, and the fantastic staff at this shop delivered. My partner and I admittedly have very little knowledge about the topic, so it was great to have someone to talk through the benefits of different shavers and how to care for them. We also got some recommendations on other products for beard care, and even a hairdryer while we were there. We're very happy with the products we bought and will definitely seek out another shaver shop next time we need any products or advice for facial hair care.

Excellent service and product knowledge. Bought a new Philips razor at a good price. Had to upgrade my choice as I found the one I was going to originally get was made in CHINA. I will not buy anything made there again so had to pay a little more for one made in the Netherlands. I will sleep easy tonight and have a great shave in the morning. 😊

Unlike some shops these days, the staff were very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the items they were selling. One item we wanted wasn't in stock so the staff arranged for the item to be shipped from another store direct to our house at no cost to us. Great service!

Fantastic shop with the friendliest staff you can find. We bought some "grooming utensils" and their advice was spot on. Not just a sales pitch. Large selection of shavers, toothbrushes, epilators, etc. Great prices.

At first it seemed it was a marketing strategy to sell comb and softner but at the end I was convinced by her knowledge and I don’t regret making the purchase!

Shopping for a beard trimmer for my boyfriend was a daunting task, as I have no experience with these technological wonders. However, the staff were very helpful and explained things in ways my beardless face could understand. They were mindful of my budget, and didn't try to squeeze me of my precious pennies. I am v appreciative, and big recommend (: (: (:

I purchased my first safety razor, which was the display as it was the last one available and received 10% off, furthermore the employee that helped me was quite knowledgeable and humorous/delightful. Thank you for this pleasant experience

Very very helpful staff, really new his products I bought the best shaver ever, my husband has Alzheimer's I needed a shaver that did a good job and did it quickly, sales guy new just what I needed the shaver it's excellent

Good service but prices on parts is a bit high, although I don't know if this is in their control.

The staff knew their products and provided helpful information which enabled me to make a quick decision on what i needed. Competitive prices
