Fantastic little place. I used to always wonder why the line was so long out the door but then I came to try their pork banh mi over a year ago and it was delicious. Most people get the salad bowls, and I bought one today, noodle salad with lemongrass chicken and lime and ginger sauce. It's so tasty and a very generous portion for the price ($12). The staff in there are always jovial and put a smile on my face. You can tell that they love what they do. Thank you!

Best bang for your buck if you need a filling meal. You know the food is good when customers form a line that spans across three other store fronts during lunch rush.

Great food quality, my Bahn mi was so soft and packed with filling and meat! They also remember their customers which is highly regarded. Make sure to stop by and try this place!

I don’t work too far from this place, i always get the salad bowl with everything but chilli with fish sauce, its an amazing meal for when you are on the run, great prices for what you get too

Absolutely love this place! Always greeted with a smile when I get through the door, the food is super fresh and the flavours are amazing! What more could you ask for! If there was an option to add 6 stars I'd give it!

Would recommend the tofu mushroom noodle salad. Very popular during lunchtime but the line moves quickly.

When I wanted to try Banh mi last time, the long que killed my desire. This time, I just had to do it and got over it. Half way while standing in the que, I regretted. Waiting isn't fun....Once I got in the shop, I knew I would get the roll in my hand in no time. The fillings of my roll looked very fresh.
After the first few bites, I said "it's real grilled chicken!" in my head.
Overall, I enjoyed and will return for more. Thank for good food. Don't change.

Tried the Beef curry on rice today and was very impressed. One of the most delicious take away meals I have ever had!

ROLLS 'N RICE is absolutely fantastic. I work just around the corner and have been coming here regularly since I stumbled upon it. I've now tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed; it's all delicious.

- The portion sizes are generous (I'm not a small person).
- The prices are very reasonable.
- The flavours are outstanding.
- The food is fresh.
- The menu contains a good variety.

There is usually a large line out the front, and rightly so, though the service is still quick. The two people who work there are lovely and friendly.

I've tried a lot of different places in the CBD for lunch, and would not recommend anywhere higher than this. I hope the owners and staff keep doing what they are doing! Thank you for the great food.

Tiny place selling delicious, simple, fresh Vietnamese lunch dishes. My go-to place for banh mi, but I’ve also enjoyed their rice bowls and beef curry many times. Quick and efficient (there is often a queue, but it moves quickly), and always friendly service.

Great service and value. The line up outside everyday speaks for itself.

Got the roast pork+lemon grass chicken rice combo.

The rice was flavourful and had the right texture (not too hard and not too soft).
The chicken was soft and juicy.
The roast pork is also good but the crackle can be a bit too hard to chew sometimes.
Overall, very satisfying meal and will come back again to try other items in the menu.

I've tried lots of different banh mi places. This I must say should be a go to for sure! Amazing quality and great service with fair prices. Give it a go guaranteed to satisfy cravings. 😃

I work all around the place and whenever I'm in the area I'll eat here. For about 15 years I would just grab a couple of spring rolls when I walked past but a few years ago I thought I'd try the noodle salad bowls. They are the best ones around. Full of flavour and fresh ingredients. The line up at lunchtime goes down the street for a good reason and it moves quickly.

The BEST Vietnamese restaurant in Adelaide - the staff are SO friendly and make you feel truly valued as a customer. It's always such a wonderful experience to get food here - Great work team. I'll definitely visit with my girlfriend. Highly recommended this place. I'd rate it 10/10.

It is the best lunch I have ever had in Australia. The noodle salad with pork is amazing. It is inexpensive but really much, so you can be full. I will visit here before I leave Adelaide.

Best rolls in Adelaide! Ken, the owner, will happily custom make any roll you desire. All ingredient are fresh and made daily and he even makes his own butter! For $7 or $7.50 for a combo, the price is the cheapest or on par with cheapest in the CBD! Go in and try his chicken and pork combo, you wont regret it!
