Wagyu beef burger - moist smashed paddy, great sauce to bun ratio. Bun toasted to perfection, great mix of textures. Chips fried expertly with a subtle, non-overpowering seasoning.

Drink default pour is fun-sized (imperial pint +)

Nice and shaded, staff you felt you could be mates with.

Had a fantastic lunch here today with the best Wagyu beef burger & fries. Hubby was happy with his squid, fries & salad. Great service plus we really enjoyed the music that was being played through the speakers too.

Let me tell you,,
While visiting we found The Giffins Hotel which it’s next to our our hotel, I was able to eat a variety of Gluten free meals without getting upset or frustrated. The Griffin’s it’s the place to eat if you are coeliac, they have an amazing chef whom is able to transform any meal into a gf meal. Thank you so much!!!

I have been here a few times. Best Scotch Fillet I've had at a Pub. Cooked to perfection. Make a booking and enjoy the meals. You will also love it.

Massive shout out to Samantha and Adam for your post Melbourne Cup hospitality. You and your team were extremely welcoming to our group who were in town from Sydney. Venue was extremely clean and presentable, staff were exceptionally efficient and personable. Shame we have run out of time to come back on this trip. We will be back.

This place was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating for my kids and I. Staff were very helpful and super friendly!! Cassandra looked after us and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Well priced, good sized portions, and hardly any wait time on the food to come out. Definitely recommend and will definitely visit again.

Great food (go on steak night) and beer selection. Extremely relaxed vibe especially on the large outdoor area. Super helpful and friendly staff makes this a "yep, go here" in my book.

Really enjoyed our meal when staying in Adelaide for 5 nights, going to the Griifins for the of those nights for dinner. Cannot complain about the service it was amazing and the food was always delicious.

We had a birthday dinner there for 8 people, all 8 had a great meal. From the entries to the mains service was 5 star. The food better than 5 star. This is by far the best good food for value in CBD.
I'm thinking this would be a great place to use their upstairs venue for a larger function,

I dined there this evening and ordered the Sri Lankan Lamb Curry from the new menu… AMAZING!!! Quality, portion size and taste was spot on… customer service topped it off beautifully! I will be back!!

First timer and suitably impressed with the bike parking. No stress, jamos and ice sitting at the servery window in front barknowing my trusty Steed is ok. Meal venue tonight I think.

Food was great. I had the wagyu beef burger and wisky glazed chicken wings as a side. Beer is a bit expensive though but expected as in middle of CBD

Just had a couple of drinks on Saturday and $6 house spirits are juice went down well on a 35 degree day.
