He is a knowledgable, respectful therapist, and I highly recommend him. I felt great after, with my tense muscles much more relaxed!

Steve at Rub Massage Adelaide was recommended to me by a friend after I had a serious fall. Steve’s approach was very professional first discussing with me over the phone what happened, suggesting I first get an X-ray to ensure there were no fractures before proceeding with a massage. Once it was safe to proceed, Steve’s intervention gave me immediate relief. I will be returning for further treatment and highly recommend Steve and Rub Massage. I like that Rub massage checked with me after the treatment that I was happy with the service. Excellent service all round.

This was my first ever massage so I appreciated being guided through the process, especially in such a professional and respectful manner. I felt comfortable in what I knew was a safe space. The massage was absolutely excellent, maintaining a brilliant balance between firm and relaxing. I saw Ailis at Rub Massage Adelaide and she was very friendly and professional. She was able to hit the spots I needed the most attention on. Also gave me some easy stretches to do inbetween massages. Highly recommend!

I saw Mizu for a remedial massage due to suffering from some severe neck and shoulder pain. She did an excellent job, I felt much better the next day and have been having better sleeps. The rooms at Marryatville are also very cosy and home-like (not clinical). If you’re looking for a massage in Adelaide I would recommend.

Had my first ever remedial massage appointment here and I can't believe it's taken me so long to have it done. As one of the only places who listed TMJ massage in Adelaide, I thought I'd give it a try after struggling with really bad headaches for a few weeks. I've always had bad tensions in my shoulders and neck but I didn't realise how bad until my session. I walked out feeling like a new person, with free movement in these areas for the first time in a long time and no headache. I can't wait to continue the treatments. Alana was also really friendly and took great care throughout the session.

I recommend Rub Massage Adelaide. They have several locations and a great online booking system. You can easily see availability of sessions. I was able to make an appointment for the same day ( on a Sunday) so helpful. My session was great and Warren was very professional. My neck and shoulders are so much better. I have been several times and all the therapists are great.

Ben at Rub Massage Adelaide - Unley was great. He was thorough and took a holistic approach. He worked on some trouble areas and showed me some stretches that I can do at home.
I've seen both Steve and Mitch here before and always have a great experience.

Despite playing a lot of sport and a stressful job it had been many months since I'd had a remedial massage and I knew I was full of knots. By chance I managed to get an appointment with Alana at Kent Town Rub , massage Adelaide, at lunch time yesterday and today I am feeling so much better. In fact I play golf Saturday mornings and rather than taking 9 holes to warm up it only took the first couple. I was certainly moving much more freely. Alana was really fantastic and the whole process from booking to seeking feedback to endure all was Ok was very seamless and professional. I will definitely be going back, soon!
