Kutchi Deli Parwana

This is a lovely lunch spot in Ebenezer Place. We had not had a lot of Afghan food prior to visiting the establishment so all the dishes were new experiences for us. The menu is small, but all dishes are delicious (my kind of food place!). We had a lamb kebab, a serving of dumplings, and the famed eggplant curry, with iced chai and rose sharbat on the side. The dumplings remained crunchy, despite being drenched in extremely flavorful tomato sauce. The kebab was of course delicious; and the eggplant curry was a little sweeter than we had expected, but that was definitely a welcome surprised. We left full and satisfied, and without much of a dent in our wallet because everything was so reasonably priced!

Adelaide is on the up because of joints like Kutchi. Family Ayubi are changing our understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine with their traditional Afghan recipes. Everything on the menu is worth doing, but the eggplant, dumplings, and spiced chai are all time. Worth going back at least once a week. At least.

Very sweet and friendly service! The chicken curry with rice and salad was scrumptious! The rose flavoured cold drink is nothing special though.

Great service, great price and great food. $20 for a choice of 3 different items on the menu. Will definitely go back. I told the lady it was my first time there and she took the time to go through the menu with me.

This cafe is like a big warm hug. Home cooked simple food that's unpretentious. The rice is so fragrant and tasty, as was the curry. The dumplings were highly recommended by my friend. The rose syrup drink was refreshing. Highly recommended and will be back when we're next in Adelaide.

Brilliant food and really friendly staff, the quality and also quantity of the food was really good. All dishes were delivicous, especially try the dumplings, they were just wow! Super reasonable pricing and will definitely come again soon.

Incredibly delicious food at great prices. We tried the plate with both kinds of vegetarian dumplings, rice and eggplant, and it was amazing. The homemade chai is full of flavour and also worth ordering. A fantastic option for vegetarians looking for sensational lunch options in the east end.

First time being there although I've stayed in Adelaide for so long. Food looked so good that I forgot to take pictures. Would definitely recommend! Would love to go back there again. Just the vibe, service and the food. 😍

Great selection of lunchtime options that are filling and fresh. Run by a lovely local family with a love for good food. Seating is tight and it gets busy around lunch but if you can find a spot it's a good option.

Incredible food and one of the best vegetarian lunch options in the city. My only complaint is that your opening hours aren't long enough to accommodate when I don't want the full sit-down formal dining experience of Parwana!

We had the eggplant curry and spinach toastie . Deliscious food . So tasty with so much flavour. I wanted to try everything! Super friendly and happy staff. Must try will not disappoint

Absolutely delicious! Recommend the $20 combo plate which let's your try three different dishes as well as a nice rice and salad.

A delightful restaurant characterised by colour, traditional meals and the most welcoming experience. It is aplace where one is made to feel welcome and served a hearty meal at very affordable prices. Absolutely loved the informality of the venue. A must visit.
