What a breath of fresh air this place was.
The locals, the girl behind the bar were all a great experience.
Definitely be going back there !

Had a great feed, good entertainment and Ash went out of her way to accomodate with gluten free Beer.

We played darts there and it was a lovely environment... Also had a meal and it was delicious.

Never asked about their rooms but I take it they have. Few months back I visited, change of management I heard. Nicely located. If I'm not mistaken my eye caught a menu list, next time I'll dine.

Great local pub with friendly mother and daughter owners. Great outdoor area to chill out and have a few drinks on a nice day.

Was pleasantly surprised that they had a seperate vegan/vegetarian menu which is uncommon in some smaller regional pubs. It meant we had a fantastic variety of food to choose from that was well priced and delicious.

Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Came through on Saturday afternoon with a bus load of people for a 30th. We rang ahead to have pizzas cooked as we didn't want to hold up the kitchen - Ash went above and beyond to help us out and made it a great experience. Cherie cooked up amazing pizzas - best I've had in a long time!
Ash - you are doing a ripper job at The Stag. Thankyou! Would highly recommend coming out and supporting a great venue like this again.

Awesome little pub with great food and service. Hubby had the schnitzel burger and I had a Schnitzel with prawns and scallops on top. Omg yum.

We stopped in here last night for dinner. What a great little pub!!!! Paid only $23 for a huge scotch fillet and mushroom sauce with a salad and veggie bar. Bar staff were great. Beers were icy cold and not overpriced. Oh and Friday night hot bar snacks. You can't beat little country pubs like this one - they have great atmosphere.

A country pub with simple fare, a local recommended this pub which recently changed ownership. We really enjoyed it, the service was great, the food was good value and it had a warm, friendly vibe.

I have lived in the area for about four years and it was the first time l visited the Stag Hotel. I would say it is a very local coutry place. Great country customer service and atmosphere. Food was pretty good, enjoyed it.

They do really great food, and it's a super friendly atmosphere. Not just the stuff, the patrons too. A real country feel 😁

Three different meals, silver side, porterhouse steak and mixed grills, fantastic valve and beautiful prepared. Staff great and the wine list to die for, one of each type.

Super friendly and very down to earth. Food was simple, but delicious.
