Lake Learmonth Caravan Park - Victoria

Beautiful location on the lake with stunning sunsets and lots of singing magpies.
Lany and Mick are welcoming and helpful.
Spacious sites with modern and extremely clean bathroom facilities.
Stock up on supplies before you arrive. The General Store is no longer open. You'll need to drive a minimum of 10 or so minutes to do any shopping.
Value for money. We paid $40 per night over the New Year period. Would absolutely stay here again.

It's such a relaxing place, super quiet with great views.
Managers are terrific and are always there to help and lovely people.
The cabins are cosy and well equipped , very clean and tidy.
Need a peaceful break , in your own caravan, or grab a cabin and enjoy

What a wonderful place to stay . The views of the lake are amazing the managers are great people and keep the place super clean .The kids had a ball in the lake swimming and fishing and it's also pet friendly. Can't wait to visit again .

Super lovely caravan park. Right on the lake, lovely views. Lovely setting under these enormous green trees. Hosts are very friendly. Amenities are immaculate - best camp block shower ever I reckon.

Stayed here for a few days and what a place, it was perfect with new amenities large sites over looking the lake, actually the lake didn't have a lot of water in it but it made no difference to my stay, its a small park with a fantastic manager. Don't judge a book by its cover this is a place to unwind.

Outstanding service from park manager Lany, she invited all the campers to a friday night sausage sizzle and chat, brilliant idea to meet fellow campers, we stayed over Easter holidays and it was perfect Lany even went around the park on the Sunday giving a bag of chocolate eggs to all the kids, even though the lake is mostly dry right now it was still a serene and peaceful outlook. for a tiny park that doesn't look like much from the outside make a fantastic place to settle in for a relaxing break.

Stayed here for an overnight stay when we were looking for some downtime among friends after a busy work period. This hidden gem of a place made our start to the New Year absolutely wonderful!

The cabin we stayed at was maintained really well and all the facilities at the park was brilliant.

Lany, the owner of the property was amazing and her warm hospitality from when we reserved the booking until we left, is a reason we will always stay here in the future and recommend it to everyone we know 🙂

This park is amazing great to have your fur baby's with you and the manager Lany is amazing there is not anything that Lany and Mick won't help with and communicate is wonderful they are very kid friendly. The lake is amazing there is plenty of wonderful campers here very friendly

Only 20 minutes away from Ballarat .

Absolutely wonderful park to stay at. Excellent facilities, great location just outside of Ballarat, and park manager Lany was a great host.

Was there for the 2023 AFL GF Weekend, the park is spotless, the ammenities are a delight and the managers are a pleasure to deal with, easy to get to from Northern Suburbs in Melbourne, highly recommended

Amenities are immaculate. The view is incredible. Lany is wonderful, she made herself available for a late check in and was very accommodating our entire stay. Highly recommend.

We've just enjoyed a lovely night away at Lake Learmonth C.P. This well maintained park with new and clean amenities is a real find. Sites were spacious and level. The lake view and sunset was stunning although the water level is quite low. The Park Manager Lany is friendly and welcoming and clearly takes a lot of pride in her role. We'll definitely be back and we encourage others to discover this little gem of a park.

Got stuck here for 3 weeks during lockdown and then waiting for Melbourne to open back up and we couldn't have asked for a better place to get stuck! Lany is a great manager made us feel so welcome and was so chilled out about us continuing our stay. It's such a little hidden gem by the lake although there's no water in it it's still a beautiful little town. The amenities are second to none, good water pressure and no gross shower curtains, so clean and brand new.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again given the opportunity and would suggest anyone stop here, don't give it a miss!
