Highly recommended vets. As a non-native speaker, I felt respect and got so much help here. They have excellent team of vets and nurses dedicated to treatment my guinea pig with a very professional and caring approach. They also provide incredible service of hospitalization and X-Ray. Thank you Dr. Wesley, Dr. Jing and Dr. Marijke for trying your best to save Pepe. And thank you for assisting me when it was time to say goodbye. Received a beautiful condolence card. Vets4Pets is amazing, all of the staff are sympathetic and friendly.

Recommend puppy preschool at this vet for socialising your pup early - also supply excellent information for those owning a pup for the first time.

Truly caring and compassionate staff and knowledgeable about all kinds of animals. I bring my chickens here and highly recommend Dr Marijke. She is very attentive to the animal and explains things well. You can tell all the staff love animals and put their health and well being first.

They were excellent great vet.Helpful staff. Nipper is on the mend so very grateful. Prices very reasonable. Only 1. draw back they are so good you sometimes have to book a head.

Good, small vet clinic. The vets and nurses are always pleasant and courteous, and seem more interested in giving good advice than in pushing products. Appointments usually run on time or close to. Highly recommended!

Dr Marijke was wonderful. Her handling and knowledge of birds was impeccable and certainly put our worries to rest.

The practice is also easily accessible with plenty of parking available.

Wesley was amazing with Bruce - he let me direct the staff with dealing with Bruce due to his absolute terror of vets. He listened to my suggestions and we managed to pop him off to sleep while allowing me to be in control of Bruce and give him the love and support he needed!! I lost my best friend today but it was made so much easier by the support if Wesley and his staff and I know my boy knew I was with him till the end. I cannot than you all enough!

Love how they take such good care of my puppy. They waited back for us when she was sick, and are so thorough and skillful. Molly loves the vet, and the nurses there and we wouldnt go anywhere else. So happy with our vet.

On January 6th my mother-in-law's budgie, Popeye, urgently needed to see a vet. Many phone calls later another vet recommended Dernancourt and they saw us straight away. The staff were kind, compassionate and explained everything,clearly. Unfortunately, Popeye could not be saved. Mother in-law received a condolence card. Thank you, so much.

Incredible compassion and care when bringing in one of our ducks. They have special/exotic pet vets at Dernancourt, so my questions were answered and the consult and the X-rays were cheap enough for someone on a pension. They even have Zip Pay.
A highly professional service and recommended.

Amazing experience. I saw Dr Mellor for my Diamond Python and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very thorough, explained everything clearly and provided a variety of treatment options.
