Paws at Prospect Vet

Went there for the first time today after my regular Vet decided Saturdays would no longer be open.Dr Dan, Lisa at the reception desk, the reception area and genuine care and professionalism experienced was 5 star worthy🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Visited Dr Gavin for our boys' eye. Excellent care, and it's easy to see how much Dr Gavin loves dogs.

Gavin is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Parking available onsite or side street behind the practice.
They have recently renovated and now have designated seperate cat and dog waiting areas. Plus some great artwork throughout.

Had my first visit with my rabbit. Doctor Gavin Newman was very informative, gentle with my bunny, easy to understand, explained the issues and gave me 3 options as well as estimates on costs for each procedure.

The nurse out front was lovely, giving me a towel to place over my rabbits cage so he wouldn't be scared by the big dog which was just very thoughtful.

You could not wish for a better experience. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.
Dr Newman was thorough in his examinations, gentle in his interaction with my dog and willing to spend the time to clearly explain his findings, without being patronising or rushed in his delivery.
I also thought the amount charged most reasonable.
I would certainly recommend Paws at Prospect to anyone who requires a high standard of vet care, delivered in an approachable, humane manner for their companion animal.

My foster kitty Mabel would like to thank Dr Gavin for doing her entropion surgery . She is healthy and been adopted to a wonderful family now .

I feel that there could not be a better vet clinic than Paws at Prospect. Everything is done well there. Reception is A1. Daniel, the vet I had most to do with is A1. Everything is explained in detail. Really top shelf in all departments.

absolutely amazing staff! my dog came here for eye surgery and due to previous experiences, i was extremely nervous and scared. the vets here made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout it all and sent me a text as soon as the procedure was over so i could breathe a sigh of relief. wish i could give this more than five starts. thank you all so much for looking after my fur baby💛

Been back with the other cat, and again, the service was outstanding. I needed to take my kitten to see Dr Newman regarding congenital eye issues. He was fantastic, gave us good advice and was very caring towards our kitten. We will be using Paws at Prospect for surgery on our kitten when he is old enough

We were referred to Gavin by our regular vet for a non-healing ulcer in our girl's eye. He is super knowledgeable and we had full confidence going into surgery. Highly recommended!!! So good to find a vet who inspires confidence after some bad previous experiences with other canine specialists.

Wonderful caring staff, considering my cat, Ella was not on her best behaviour. I will be using them, in future, for Ella's care. Hopefully she is better behaved, next visit. Thankyou Jennifer and staff.

Paws at Prospect Vet is such a great vet. The Vet, Vet Nurses, All Staff are so wonderful and friendly. They are not our regular Vet, but my girl had to have eye surgery and this is one of their specialities, I highly recommend them for all your pet needs. Their level of care and compassion is so wonderful and everything was explained so clearly.

Helpful and polite staff. The Vet was very caring and listened to what I was saying. They wanted to help with my concerns then everything was explained clearly to me.

I came in at closing time after my dog and I were attacked by 2 other dogs. The love compassion understanding and care they showed was outstanding. While I was in with my dog my daughter was kept entertained by staff in the waiting room. My dog was definitely in capable trusting hands.

I have such gratitude and respect for Dr Gavin who literally saved my dog's eye. Dr Gavin is so patient and genuinely caring. I've also appreciated his willingness to communicate and share information and ideas to come up with an effective treatment plan for my boy.
