Cobar Central Motor Inn

The rooms in this motel are clean, tidy and well kept, whilst they are not the most spacious, they are comfortable and quiet enough to get a good nights sleep after a long day on NSW terrible roads.
The bowls club across the road also does pretty good feeds.

Very nice spacious refurbished room on a quiet side street conveniently across from the Chinese restaurant at the bowling and golf club. Features we valued also included undercover parking outside our room, a pool, laundry, nice sized tv and friendly staff.

The staff here were amazing, kind, generous and supportive at a time when my 24 year old daughter needed it most, she had an accident that meant she had to wait for car repairs to continue her journey from WA to Gympie, QLD, she was injured and stuck for funds, this awesome business took care of her in every way.. as a mum I’m eternally grateful and hope they are rewarded 10 fold for the kindness they showed my daughter. A+++ Thank you all. Enjoy your time here :)

Not always expecting a high standard accommodation in the outback but were extremely happy with our choice of motel. Bathroom was fully renovated. The Room was clean and fresh. Staff very friendly. Motel is opposite the Bowls Club which serves a good Chinese meal or pub style food. Would recommend both places

What a gem we found, very clean big bath room and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and just across the road from the bowls/golf club where you can unwind with a drink or two before eating in the restaurant than walk across the road to your room. When travelling long distants it doesn't get any better than that.

Stayed here for 1 nite on our way to broken hill … the lady that welcomed us was lovely ( sorry I’m hopeless with names 😂).. it is in a great location opposite the bowling club … great meals there as well …. Rooms were very clean , undercover car parking as well… contential breakfast was only $15 everything you need to start you day …have to mention the best lamb rissoles I have ever had as well …. Thank you will definitely stay there again cheers Daryl& Tom

This place is clean and tidy. The bed is comfy and the shower is hot. The staff are also amazing. Rachel went above and beyond to help my wife out and I can't thank her enough. Highly recommend this place to stay

Great place to stay. Clean, well equipped and quiet. Stayed on our way through from Newcastle.The motor inn was a great base to rest up before our next leg. Pool was clean and cool, suggestions for food were on point and the kids loved the playground down the road.

Friendly staff,always willing to help with all your needs for a welcoming stay.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Swimming pool available and a BBQ area.
Plenty of parking space and nice and quiet location.
Walking distance to the main street and shopping centre.
Highly recommend that you visit this motel for your stay in cobar.
Whether for short or long visit in the cobar areas.

Great little Motel with very neat / clean modern rooms. Bathrooms obviously have been updated, which is a bonus. Owners were very friendly and helpful and accommodated our needs at short notice. 👌🏻

Easy to get parked in front of our unit. Fridge had mini bar items. Good bed and split reverse cycle air conditioner. At a good price for what it was. We have stayed in other places in the area (not in Cobar) and they were nowhere as good at the price.

By chance (and luck) we found this accommodation in the during Easter. We were passing for the night and this motel had great service, and the room was really nice. The kids had a swim in the pool and loved their stay also. No photos as the kids make themselves at home within seconds!

We were impressed by the friendly staff, clean rooms and undercover parking. The location is great, quiet and opposite the Cobar Bowling & Golf club. The $10 breakfast is hard to go past. Would stay there again.

We were lucky to get a room late in the afternoon. Owners are lovely & super helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable & immaculate with a massive bathroom. As we were there on the weekend breakfast was also included. Couldn't be happier 😊

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The hotel owner was more than accommodating and went above and beyond helping us when we had an issue with our car battery. Rooms were clean and had everything needed. The bed was comfortable and it was lovely taking a swim in the pool. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Very quiet, clean and close to bowling club for an evening meal. $10 breakfast in the dining room was excellent value.

Fantastic facilities. Our room was large with comfortable bed & large bathroom . The only downfall was that we were there on a Saturday night and there was lots of noise from the club across the road which made it hard for us to sleep( not sure if this is the norm for a Saturday). Otherwise great room.

Amazing 😁 Best motel in Cobar by far 👍 will never stay anywhere else now. Very lovely people running it, answered our phone call at 8.30pm, when every other motel was closed or wouldn't take us after 8pm..The room has all brand new furniture, including a brand new queen bed (which was very comfortable 😊, a nice big leather arm chair, a massive nice bathroom with heat lamps, a silent freezing cold air conditioner, they even provided us with a microwave on request, their was also a kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits provided 😊, and drinks in the minibar. Well done guys, and thankyou for the Amazing hospitality 😁👍

The motel is well located off the main road, opposite the bowling club.
There is no road noise.
Our room was clean and modern.
The service was efficient and friendly.
This motel will be our first choice if we stay in Cobar again.
Recommended.
