Our sincere thanks go out to Bill and Sue and their team for the very warm and professional way they handled my father's funeral arrangements, despite having their own family bereavement in the same week. Their focus and empathy never waivered and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere in the chapel was respectful, warm and welcoming and the celebrant was excellent. The service went very smoothly and was not rushed. Having afternoon tea in the same building complex encouraged family and friends to linger and reminisce in a congenial and relaxed environment. A five star experience. Thank you Bill, Sue and staff.

The team at William Sheahan Funerals are so incredibly kind and understanding, to Bill and you wife sue you made the passing of my dad that little bit easier, Bill contacted and kept me in the loop for every little detail and would not do anything without our approval, he was kind compassionate and understanding through such a hard time. Sue was so kind and empathetic, such a softly spoken woman that made you feel calm through the whole process.

If the unfortunate passing of a loved one has happened to you I can not recommend the team at William Sheahan funerals enough no job is too tough for them in my eyes.

I couldn’t recommend Bill and Sue and their team more. What a wonderful group of people who showed nothing but kindness and support during our difficult time of losing my dad. They felt like they were a part of our family and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Premises & staff were very appropriate for the occasion.

Only giving one star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. This place is completely and utterly horrible. They lacked personal empathy and sensitivity to our grieving family. My family was treated like dirt and didn’t even get the liberty of choosing what was rightfully their’s to choose.

For future reference, please ensure who the executor of the will is.

William Sheahan Funerals should be completely and utterly ashamed of this behaviour.
