Hidden Valley House

We had a fantastic weekend away with friends, the perfect place to relax and unwind! The view from the lounge room is simply stunning. Would love to come back in winter to make the most of the log fire.

Our family had a fabulous escape from the city and loved our stay at this beautiful bushland property. James is so welcoming and very easy to communicate with. He taught my boys how to chop wood for the fire pit (even though there was already plenty), allowed our friendly dog to stay with us, and showed our tech kids the joys of unplugging and being off grid. He gave us a plenty of helpful tips on local cafes, wineries, walks, mountain bike trials and the adventure park nearby. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days over the summer holidays. From the moment we walked in we absolutely loved it. The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were great to communicate with and provided us with lots of advise and answered all our random questions. The amazing balcony allowed us the opportunities to watch the sunrise / sunset watching / listening to nature. We were able to enjoy long walks in the bush or simply enjoyed the serenity of the place which is what we needed. Superb hide away for when you want to switch off, reset and enjoy some peace and quiet. Cant wait to go back there! Highly recommend.

We are neighbours of this property, James has hidden cameras in the forest, so be careful he will be filming you wherever you are on the property. He lets anyone who wants a party stay here with no respect for local residents, we will be sending the police to this property every time we hear loud intrusive noise. He runs this contrary to Airbnb’s no party regulations. Good luck starting a party here as you will end up with a fine. All his surrounding neighbours have had enough of him and his lack of respect.
