Words cannot express sufficently the brilliant service, care & personal touches given when dealing with the mortal reamins of my Millie (German Shepherd) who crossed the rainbow bridge weeks shy of her 10th birthday. Today would have been her 10th birthday.🐾🐾🐾 I have lit the candle gifted by EH in her memory...thankyou so much. 🐾🐾🐾

Wonderful service. They took my 18 year old Ragdoll cat under their wing for her final journey. A wonderfully presented urn with cremation certificate was duly returned earlier than I was expecting as well. I am so glad my cat had the royal treatment not only throughout her life with me, but quite clearly afterwards as well.

Our elderly dog needed to be put to sleep and we contacted Edenhills to assist us. The whole staff were absolutely wonderful and so compassionate. We wanted him to be at home and they arranged to collect him and return his ashes to our door. Harry, the driver, was particularly wonderful. He was so very kind and thoughtful and allowed us to take our time. I cannot recommend them enough for your pet's final journey as they make the process as easy as it can possibly be and take all the pressure off the decision making process. Thank you so very much.

Absolutely wonderful team to deal with. I was very distraught when I lost my beautiful boy. Edenhills arranged everything and when my Baileys ashes were returned to me I was so comforted by the beautiful presentation and wonderful information they supplied. our Sally went to sleep and then was handed into the care of Edenhills pet cremation, her ashes were returned to us in a most dignified manner, a gorgeous velvet bag in a lovely box, a poem to bring a tear, and a candle to illuminate her picture. I just want to thank you guys on behalf of my mother, she was so sad about the passing of her beloved cat. I emailed the Melbourne Eden hills on Easter Sunday and was contacted straight away by John, he then proceed to take my payment for my mother so it would be easier on her. My mother has just received tinkerbell back and she was very happy that you went above and beyond for her! i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart from both my mother and myself! x
