Gum Tree Pies

Most delicious pie I have tried.
They are soo big. So flaky pastry.
Omg the filling. I tried their Thai green curry 🥧 it was absolutely beautiful.
You can taste that they were made fresh. Very clean place too.

Pepper pie was the best we've ever eaten. Sausage roll was yummy and loved the pastry.. so flaky. And a huge piece of apple crumble slice and some cream on the side.. room was warm. so glad we made the 45 minute drive.. 😁

The best chicken and mushroom pie I have ever had! Steak and Bacon was also awesome. Pies were deep and full, big chunks of meat and heaps of gravy. Pastry held up well. Small amount of seating inside and out. Very busy when we visited but so worth the wait

Scrumptious Pies, chunks of succulent beef in the Curry Pie, Hubby enjoyed the Mint Lamb pie, followed by a Jelly Cake Slice and Cappuccino 😋
If you're visiting Yackadandah I highly recommend paying them a visit. We will definitely return next time we're in the area.

I bought a box of uncooked pies in Bright. You had run out of mince pies so I bought beef and red guinness pies, they were amazing. My husband even loved them and that was great as he is funny about anything different. I just wish I could buy them on the Mornington Peninsula. They would really sell well down here. I also would like it if they could be delivered seeing you don’t have shops here

Had the steak & pepper pie… sensational. So good we went back the next day for another. Perfect pastry, the beef was super tender. We also bought cold ones to take away.

This is a great little pie shop, the pies are generous and hearty, and the coffee is spot on.
Outdoor seating is great and indoor if it's a bit chilly.

Absolutely amazing pies, we travel far to get packs to take home! Every single one is delicious, our favourites are the cauliflower and lamb and mint!! Highly recommend.

Chicken & vegitable pie - flakey pastry with a seriously yummy filling. So good that I gobbled it down and forgot the sauce. Ride the Indigo Epic from Beechworth, have a pie here, then tackle the trail head on for the return trip. What an adventure! I'll definitely be doing this again!

Have rated this as a five for the pies. The best pies around. The curry pie is sensational. The cakes and slices are really good too. The shop is very small and can feel like you are all squeezed in with people you don't know. You can sit out the front on the sidewalk but in winter - can be icy! You can get pies to take home and freeze which is a great option. Highly recommend the food!It is also a town that has been lacking tourists since the bushfires so if you can get there please do! The cauliflower pie is awesome for those who don’t like meat!

Delicious pies and sausage rolls. Pastry on both was delicious and flaky. My wife loved the whole mushrooms in the steak and mushroom pie. The steak was so tender and just cooked to perfection. Staff were very polite and helpful. Was worth the drive from Albury, so much so my wife wants to visit again next weekend.

Easy amongst the best pies I have ever had! We brought extra to take-away. Pastries and slices are also great.

Had a lamb and mint jelly pie, and shared with my boyfriend for a steak and Guinness. Quality pies! Genuine chunks of real meat, not simply mince. Full of flavour, served warm and even good quality pastry. Did not disappoint, and would definitely come again

Honestly one of the best pies I've had - steak and red wine pie. Super quick service and nice courtyard at the back. Highly recommend

Sausage roll was massive and delicious and the apricot slice was even better again. Coffee was excellent and served quickly.
