Yackandandah Motor Inn

Great little motel in the lovely main street of Yackandandah with big neat clean rooms and comfy beds. Can recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Our 5 night stay at Yackandandah Central was perfect ! It is located in the middle of high street. Our check-in was smooth and quick, our bed was super comfy with a choice of firm/soft pillows, lovely decor, big bathroom with all specially selected toiletries that have been consciously chosen. The kitchenette has coffee/tea facilities and a bar fridge. Clean and attention to detail made our stay here enjoyable and memorable with Helen and Wade being great and friendly hosts.

Great location, excellent facilities. The bed linen was so luxurious and the water pressure in the shower was great. Many thoughtful touches such as washing up detergent, razors, tea towels and vanity sets. Would absolutely recommend

Nice clean rooms, a/c and electric blankets. Even had the choice of hard or soft pillows. Very comfortable bed. Very close to ships and cafes. Owner was very friendly and even cleaned ice off our windscreen before we left. Good price.

Lovely accommodation right in the heart of town, literally footsteps to cafes, shops and pubs. Lovely service, too, with lots of little extra touches that were so appreciated. Everything was really fresh, crisp and clean. They even cleaned our car windows before we got up in the morning! Great value

We had such a good night here. Sadly only one night! The room was immaculately clean, the bed extremely comfortable with very good pillows. They are also very spacious - so as travellers doing the Vic rail trails it was easy to sort out stuff on the go. There are power points outside to plug in ebikes if you need. The motel is literally right in the centre of everything in Yack. Worth planning your trip around especially if you also eat at the Stockroom and Pantry cafe - delicious. In future we will plan our trip to include a night here again.

Stayed at this beautiful motel a couple of weekends ago. Can’t believe how well we were looked after by the hosts Robert and Chris.
They provided ice for our drinks each evening, washed the windscreen each morning, told us where the best eating places were and sights to see. Room were so beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Such a pleasure to stay there. We’ll be back again.

This motel was a chance find and a real gem! The hosts were welcoming and helpful - we even got freshly picked cherries and a clean car windscreen on departure next morning. Attention to detail in all aspects of this small motel including labelled (hard & soft) pillows and neat, clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds

Had an amazing weekend stay here with my boyfriend. Beautiful town with loads of nice food, interesting galleries & antique shops. The Motor Inn was warm with perfectly comfy beds, and they left out umbrellas for us when it rained! Perfect

I had a pleasant experience when I visited this town a few weeks ago. I stayed in a very nice motel room right in the middle of all the shops and cafes on the main st. The front desk guy was really helpful and friendly and couldn't care less that I was MtF transgender. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Will definately be back to this motel anytime I come back. A lovely place and lovely town.

The room was really nice, the shower was amazing! The owner/staff were amazingly friendly, as was everyone in town (even strangers you came across greeted you kindly) Will definitely book with them again when passing through Yack again 😁

A really enjoyable stay. The room was immaculate, with a real attention to detail, Robert and Chris were friendly and helpful hosts, and there are a number of eating options within 50 metres of the motel. Very highly recommended!!!

We booked in here to go mountain biking On the Yak tracks.
The rooms were large, quiet, comfortable andexceptionally clean with a well equipped kitchen items.
We went riding on a drizzly afternoon and the host could not done any more for us. He brought extra towels, a bucket and washed our cycle clothes for us. We would highly recommend staying here.

An excellent motel that we'd highly recommend. The rooms were great...sparkling clean and really well appointed with everything we needed and more. Robert was a welcoming and attentive host and made our stay a memorable one.

My Friends have just spent five days here . they went with their grand kids and stayed in the family room.
They said the standard was out standing and the owners Chris and Robert were amazing.
the family room was spotless cozy and warm.
the price was amazingly good.
This is the second time they have stayed and said they will be back.
Us too cannot wait to stay in this little treasure.
A little bit of paradise in paradise they called it.

This unassuming little motel right in the middle of the Main Street was an unexpected gem.
Modern high quality facilities and very friendly ladies running the place made our stay very pleasant.

Sometimes staying at a motel feels like staying at a motel. Not here. The owners, Robert and Chris, treat you like a real friends. Rooms are lovely and comfortable and clean. Choice of pillows! Stay awhile, you won't regret it.

Great location, in the center of town , you can walk to shops, bars, restaurants even the local attractions are in walking distance. Great staff, helpfull and thoughtfull, covered my motorbike when it started to rain whilst i was out. Rooms are clean and in good condition.
