Josh couldn't find anything wrong with the problem I mentioned. He was kind enough by telling me if the problem came up again to just bring car to him anytime without ringing and he would take another look. Thank you Josh

I had a Holden warranty concern and the people at City took care of it. They are pleasant to interact with. Saved Me $thousands by picking up on the precise problem and liaising with Holden to get it fixed for Me. They washed the car as well! As a consumer and as a mechanic I can highly Recommend them.

Just wanted to write a well deserved review for all the crew at City Holden Hillcrest. Fantastic service from all involved when purchasing a car with my daughter, for herself. We received service we could not fault and left with a great car for a really fair deal that was the best price they could offer.
When shopping for a used car you cant beat that.

I have been using this Holden centre to service my Volt for over a year now & I love coming here. The service is 100% perfect. Can not fault a thing. I feel valued & like they know what they’re doing. So glad I found this place. :)

Both the sales and service teams are great people. I never had any pressure given to me when I was buying my new car. As for the service team the have been upfront about everything needed for my previous car and what can wait a while. I plan on continuing to use them for my new car.

Our salesman Jason helped us in everyway without being pushy or demanding introducing us to the team including the manager. I would recommend anyone to go to this place to purchase a car.

Had a log book service on my 2015 Captiva. While doing the work had noticed a small oil leak coming from the timing chain gasket, got it fixed under warranty. The service from Josh is always polite and he explains problems and then gives solutions for the problem so u can understand him.

After a rough nights sleep, toddler that has a cough which has gotten worse and is home today from childcare and add in pregnancy hormones..my day did not start off well.
Had packed bags to catch a bus home but then the rain kicked in a lil harder than anticipated. Then finding out my car was booked in at the wrong place, made this already emotional mumma a blubbering mess. Thank you #CityHoldenHillcrest for offering to drive my 3yo and I home and coming to get us when my car is done. Cannot thank you enough and am very grateful.

Friendly staff great service

Decided to go to City Holden, Hillcrest, after receiving disgusting service from Peter Page in Elizabeth. Wow what a difference in service and attitude. Will definitely come back. Thank you for everything Josh and team. Highly Recommended. 😃

very nice place to buy your car from. some of the staff are rude, only in the servicing dept though. the sales consultants etc for purchasing are very nice.
