Did not keep in touch with client to let them know progress of job.polite people when you contacted them.

Took a photo of tap mixer that failed in caravan shower. Was told that a replacement part would not be available until April next year. When I asked if another part that was available could be retrofitted I was told that it would not fit and he did not patch so that it could be fitted therefore leaving me without a shower. I bought the other part on the internet and it fitted perfectly although I agree it was difficult to fit. I have bought our caravan to this business for repairs and service in the past but will not be back. Obviously he only wants the easy jobs.

After waiting 6 weeks and job quoted drove 3.5 hours each way to deliver our friends caravan who had lost her partner several weeks prior only to receive a blunt and bad attitude. Never again and do not use this guy. Told ‘can’t fix this’. Multiple photos provided prior of the water leak to fix plus advised the van only 3 kilometres away Willows caravan park. Total waste of a weekend
