We're always happy with how Jolene and Dolly are treated. Being anxious cats, all staff know how to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the Staff at Unley Vet Surgery that I have dealt with so far. Everyone is lovely, and most importantly they take such good care of my puppy Archie. They all really seem to care for him and his well-being, and they calm our first-time dog owners nerves!

I love this place! I have been going here for nearly 10 years, and Dr. Kylie has been, and continues to be amazing all this time! Her kind, caring nature, with empathy towards her patient's human is genuine and appreciated! I love that Dr. Kylie spends the time answering my questions honestly. All the staff are always so lovely and understanding. It is clear they all love their jobs, and care deeply for animals! I know that my pets are well cared for here ❤

I’ve been using this practice for 3 years now for 2 dogs. Always find them excellent, never order unnecessary tests, always answer questions concisely so we understand and are transparent around costs. When we need repeat scripts we usually get them sent to pharmacy the same day we request and the fee is very reasonable.

I have a rottie and it’s hard finding a vet who isn’t afraid of him because of his breed and they’re always fantastic.

100% trust Unley & Wayville Pets and their people, and I always come out feeling that they put in more hours of dedicated expertise than what they charge me for. Thank you the to fabulous and caring staff at both surgeries <3

Dr Kylie and Dr Veronica recently (Sept 2023) operated on our miniature schnauzer. The love and care that was given to our little girl by the whole team was just amazing. I highly recommend both Wayville and Unley practices. They are genuinely loving animal people and the team takes the extra time to share information, update you on outcomes. Thank you to all of you. You are all appreciated.

We love all the vets and staff here but we especially live Dr Kylie Green. We have two Greyhounds and here in Adelaide most people rave about Dr Greg at Angle Vale and he is good but so is Kylie.

Have had exceptional experiences at this clinic for my cats. Both doctors, nurses and reception staff have been exceedingly friendly and helpful. Very lucky that this is my local vet!

I have recently visited Unley Vet twice in the last month with my very anxious labradoodle. Stacey, the fabulous Vet, took her time to get to know my dog and calm him down before examining him. This made it much easier second time around as he remembered her ( and the treats of course ) so he was happy to be looked at. I like the fact there is no rush and a thorough consultation was given both times. Happy dog, happy owner 🌟

Great service, always on time & staff who genuinely love the animals they care for. They're also easy to talk to, and I feel we make a great partnership in caring for my dog ❤

Am very happy with the experiences i have had so far. The vet was happy to listen and answer any questions i had and the atmosphere was very friendly. Most importantly it was great to see the gentleness and care given. I could tell my kitten was in trusting kind hands that tried to make the visit as stress-free as possible for her. This Vet surgery and all the staff have given the most caring and kind service to our dog over many years. They were always so gentle with her and explained to us if she needed treatment or medication. She loved going there because they all gave her so much love and attention (and treats!). When time came for us to say goodbye to our beautiful girl the Vets and all Staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. I am so glad we chose them to care for our dog.

I recommend Unley Vet incredibly highly. My cat needed to have her teeth removed to prevent constant painful inflammation in her mouth. Having them removed was an unpleasant idea at first, but absolutely the right decision - she is so much happier. Thank you so much - the staff were so informative, sympathetic, and communicated really well, the whole process couldn't have gone better.

The team at Unley Vets are some of the most caring compassionate people you will ever meet. My Golden Retrievers are my fur babies and I can honestly say I would not trust any other vets with them. My dogs are excited to go there and I’m so grateful to Dr Kylie in particular for her wonderful understanding of both pets and owners! I’ve received bereavement cards and personal phone calls after my last dog passed away and she recently diagnosed a thyroid condition which she manages brilliantly. Even if I moved out of the area I would drive to Unley just for this vet practice

Honestly never been to a better vet, the wonderful staff at Unley always take care of my dog by listening, being gentle whilst thoroughly examining him and giving me all the options available, plus what each option costs. I have moved away from the area but continue to come back to Unley Veterinary Surgery because of the above reasons and will continue to in the future. The staff at Unley are always very welcoming and helpful. They really care about ensuring you have a good experience and my dogs are always well cared for when they are there. We have been clients for a long time and have always had a positive experience.

This practice is amazing! The vets are very thorough and caring. Their follow up phone call to check on their patient's progress is professional and empathetic. I highly recommend them to anyone - whether your pet is old or young - it won't matter - they are all treated with the same fantastic service and health care. Do it!

I went there several times always good services :) But today was such an amazing day to see a Dr Alana. Sadly, my cat need to lose weight though She is a professional and the advice was realistic. Now I can set my heart at rest. Thank you for your kindness!

When my previous furbaby had lung cancer, the wonderful vets and nurses showed so much sympathy. They made it easier to say goodbye when it was time.

Now we have a new furbaby called Kili, and he loves going to visit the vets here. He's especially in love with Dr Kylie, and she clearly adores him as well. It's wonderful to see the vet form a friendship with our pupper while also taking great care of him. She answered all questions and took us seriously, and gave good advice. We really appreciate it.
