Such a professional yet down-to-earth & friendly environment! I was recommended by a friend to see Jo for some physio, who provides excellent service and know's what he's doing. I'm always met with a warm greeting when I walk in and for these things I will be back whenever needed and also spreading the word! Thank you :)

Caleb Noles he is a Chiropractor at Adelaide Sports also I cannot speak more highly of! Been seeing him now for over a year n is my go to for aches and pains and he helps keep things moving improving etc he has eased my pain levels from 8/10 in some places to general 2/10 on good days(depending on my work and stress etc) in various places in my body.
Recently(November ) I had a broken ankle n now that I’m able to see a physio he referred me to Joe (Joseph) and both oversee my progress so I can then later continue my routine chiro care.
I do not trust anyone else to treat me or my family than this bunch of health care professionals,
Oh their podiatrist… uh 🤔
Ah yes, Louisa Paraskeva is so gentle caring and I’m very much overdue to see her🤣 I’ll get there once I get my foot working normal again!
And if that’s not fantastic enough, these guys have got remedial massage too ( I haven’t tried… but I will) n I’ll keep you posted xx

Best allied health professionals I’ve been to. My regular physio check ups keep me feeling healthy and niggle free for my sports and training. Would recommend this place to any athletes trying to keep healthy or anyone looking to recover from an injury

Adelaide Sports have a brand new facility with energetic, friendly and knowledgeable practitioners. My Chiro is Sam Millard, he has a hands on approach when required and works hard to get to the root of the problems caused by my personal sporting pursuits. Sam listens and isn't afraid to use the other practitioners at Adelaide Sports like physio, podiatry, remedial and more. This collaborative approach to fixing each patient gives me so much confidence in finding the best treatment/solutions to keep me moving towards my sporting goals.

I have been seeing Sam Millard for over 10 years for a range of sport induced issues. I have never come across a more sincere, empathic professional in my life! Sam has a holistic approach to his treatment, which varies depending on the issue. He's certainly not a one trick pony! I've referred over 8 people over the years to Sam, and each one has had very positive, and sometimes even life changing results. I wholeheartedly recommend Sam and the team.
