Nice store with lots to choose from including a bottle shop.
We had flaked, potato cakes, SM chicken dim sims and a seafood stick.
Flake was fresh and delicious.
PCs pretty good.
Dim sims were yummy.
Seafood stick was one of the best I’ve had in a while.
Finished with an ice cream 😇

dropped in hear for lunch as well, only place to eat at the time and ordered the burgers with the lot to eat on the beach. Wow, they were fantastic and cooked perfectly and to order. Will definitely drop in again if down that way.

Warm, friendly service with great food and coffee and an excellent range of groceries. Has gluten free options and the staff are willing to make changes where possible to cater for coeliac’s.
Terrific home cooked meals on a Tuesday night. Highly recommended.

Great service! We bought a drink from a different place and broke the cap (so we couldn't open it anymore). The owner kindly swapped our drink with one of theirs without charging us :)

A new owner took over in October 2021 and has brought the old store back to life with renovations, local produce and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. With a post office, take-away food, coffee, liquor shop, bait and fishing equipment plus all treats expected at a small town general store, there is something for everybody.

Friends and I have all had plenty of schnitty burgers (with the lot) over the past week and they are unbelievable - the best we have ever had. Absolute value for money.

The new shop and management are doing great things for the community - fantastic people. A General Store that now (finally) has everything you need.

Great to see things picking up under new management. A bigger selection of essentials that wasn't previously available. When staying at the caravan park, this fills the gaps from the park office.

Fish and chips well worth sampling. New staff quite friendly and happy to chat when things are quiet.

Tried sweet potato fries recently - will be back for more.

What a fantastic transformation this business has had!! New management is friendly, warm and more caring than any other country Victoria business I have been to. Bacon and egg sandwich was fantastic, cooked to perfection with the biggest eggs in the Gippsland. Service was five stars and I can’t recommend this place enough. Simply life changing!!

Happy little store with everything. Staff are all cool except for Ange. She isn’t cool but her spicy ear rings and willingness to sing to any customer make ups for it. Be sure to ask her for a song if you drop by.

Brilliant makeover. The owner is warm, inviting and truly someone who cares about her community. We purchased the local eggs and a cheese and bacon loaf of bread (amongst other staples, milk and pies and mozzie repellent) and had delicious breakfasts when there. Can't wait to be back soon.
