First time experiencing African cuisine and I'm in love. Had the jollof rice, fried plantains, fried fish and stew and everything was perfectly spiced and seasoned. It's not fine dine, it's soul food. The owner is the sweetest as well. Cozy little space and groovy tunes. Definitely a must visit.

Great food and service!!! The food was really nice especially the jollof rice with chicken drum stick!! The fufu was pretty nice, just that the egusi was too heavy on the peanuts for our taste else it was great.

Service was really good. Sweet ladies that worked with you. Food did take a while to be served but I would say that ensures that everything is made from scratch.

Yummy food in big portions. Friendly owner. Had the jollof with chicken and beef curry with fufu. Takes a while but entirely worth the wait.

Exceptional Nigerian cuisine experience! Fantastic customer service and authentically delicious food! Really enjoyed the fufu and the puff puff! The puff puff was very similar to vetkoek which I grew up on in South Africa, was really nice to taste some familiar flavours from back home. We will definitely be back !

Awesome Authentic African Food and is one of Adelaide's most underrated restaurants! You can check out a video review on my YouTube page.

Had the Egusi Soup with Fufu which tasted amazing and is very filling, then thought it was a good idea to tackle a whole plate of Puff-Puff (similar to donuts) and fried plantains which tasted great too! Hannah, the owner is a joy to hang out with! Highly recommended and the restaurant deserves so much more attention!

Excellent food! Had the pan fried plantains and beef samosa and they were both to die for. The beef samosa and the side sauce that came with it both had a really unique flavor. This was my first time in the restaurant and I am excited to back to the restaurant so I can try more of their food.
Also can't forget to mention that the venue looks super cozy and very friendly staff.

I had plantain, rice, fufu and peanut stew. I can’t believe how delicious everything was. The chef that cooked all the food was so kind, and did an amazing job. I can’t wait to come back again already. 10/10 would absolutely recommend the peanut stew and all the accompaniments I got. A solid amount of vegetarian and vegan options too which is greatly appreciated

Most GO! Please, it’s a hidden Gem, the carisma of the owner is reflected in the taste and generosity of the dishes.

It’s a YES!

SO good. Food made with so much care and expertise. Comforting and hearty. West African food is hard to find in Adelaide so it's exciting to get to taste all of the dishes that I'd only ever heard about. Good vegetarian and pescatarian options. Loved the beans akara, plantain, bean stew, jollof rice, and eba. Everyone loved their suya, chicken, and samosas. The spicy sauce that came with various dishes is awesome.

Highly recommended. Not a huge fan of giving five star reviews but happy to award five in this case.

Not much of a place with little or no atmosphere but absolutely amazing service with a smile and just amazing food.

Highly recommended.

We wanted to try something different. The food was hot and delicious and filling. We couldn't finish it but it's going to be our breakfast tomorrow. Super friendly and chilled owner. Try the puff puffs with the spicy sauce.

I have tried every vegan dish, and to my pleasant surprise they sporadically update their menu! I love that there's often new things to try! The food is amazing and I look forward to eating in one day (I only uber eats so far)!

Everything I have had there is first rate, but the fried plantain is heavenly, cooked fresh, and in generous portions. Very good value for money. Host/chef is a lovely woman who really knows her stuff. I usually do 'takway' but the dining area is cosy and atmospheric, with lots of reference to her Sierra Leone background. Gets full on Friday and weekend evenings, good vibe. Highly recommended.

I loved our dinner at this restaurant. I think this is the only place in Adelaide serving West African food and is well worth a try. There are plenty of unique favours and ingredients as well as more familiar dishes, all beautifully prepared. Everything is cooked fresh which means that they can make it either quite hot as is customary or mild if that is preferred.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I ordered from uber eats and this was the best value, tastiest meal we have had so far. I highly recommend the Egusi soup with fufu, the meat pie, samosa and the plantain was to die for. Thank you for taking care of us and feeding my family so well. Times are tough and takeaway is a luxury but can often be disappointing I will certainly ordering from you again and sharing this wonderful cuisine with others.
