My facial with Elena was lovely and I felt relaxed the whole time. She gave lots of helpful information on how I can do my own similar treatments at home to continue to see results. I believe she is very knowledgeable on the body and skilled at what she does. I would definitely recommend her for facial massage.

Elena is phenomenal at her craft. Her hands are magic and her knowledge second to none. Buccual and face massage are a must if you’ve never had one.

I want to say big thank you to Elena beautician who helped me to care for my skin rosacea. Before I has red painful blisters on my skin. My nose was big and I had scars. GP wanted to give me antibiotics which I did not need. Now my skin is beautiful. After 2 weeks.

I love going to Elena! She is so caring, and I specifically appreciate her natural approach to beauty and aging, for example doing facial exercises and face massages (which not a lot of beauty therapists are even aware of). I have added so many new things to my beauty routine that I learnt from her. She is walking testimony of these techniques because she is over 50 years old but looks 15-20 years younger!

Was simply Divine. I can recommend this service for anyone who carries stress in their face and head or grinds their teeth.

I did not realise how tight all my muscles were in my face. The inside of my face was also massaged through my mouth. I felt very different afterwards as it felt like there was much more space within my mouth cavity. I guess it was a more relaxed feeling.

The service in total was extremely affordable and Elena always gives clients her 100% if not more. I felt amazing after the treatment.

There is also a menu provided for services offered on special.

Totally loved everything on the day and will certainly become a regular client.

Elena did a very good job for microdermabrasion. She was very thorough in covering all areas of the face. She then did facial massage which was very relaxing. She gave tips on how to keep the face supple. Thank you Elena. I hope to visit again.

Firm facial lift massage was very relaxing as was the subsequent buccal massage.
Loved the deliciously scented oil & moisturiser Elena used.
Loved that Elena did not talk throughout the massages & was not trying to sell products.
My skin the following morning was soft & supple.
I will be back for more as the cost for the above was most affordable.

Just had an appointment with Elena. She is softly spoken and very gentle but effective in the service provided. I would not hesitate to recommend her if you are looking for the right person to perform any beauty therapy.

I visited AlphaShape for Microdermabrasion & a Buccal & Guasha face massage. Elena is knowledgable & skilful in her application & my skin was glowing afterwards. I found the experience very enjoyable, as Elena also sets the scene with relaxing music & delicious smelling products.

Today I had the non-invasive lipo . I have had this done before on my upper arms and chin and noticed the positive changes. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who wants to slim down areas that they are having difficulty in shifting.

I have been to AlphaShape Face and Body for ultrasonic non-surgical lipo. The results on my tummy have been great. Less fat, more defined and more contoured then before I had it done. Elena is fantastic! She has given me great beauty and dietary advice which is helping toward me achieving my goals. I definitely recommend going to see Elena 😊

Elena was professional and very pleasant. The face yoga was conducted within a ladies network group as a specialised experience, and Elena conducted the session in a fun and professional way. Overall a feel good experience, recommended to ladies who would either seriously involve themselves with face yoga, or would like to “dip their toes” and experience a pleasant session that’s lots of fun.

Elena is great and would highly recommend. Have been coming to Elena for several years now to keep my face looking young and clear. I struggle with dryness, and red rashes on my chin. She does a fantastic job at managing my skin with great prices and fantastic service.

I went to alpha shape when I was having issues with my skin. I had big acne pimples and I had tried all sorts of things to no avail. Elena was so nice and gentle and she recommended her acne package which included microdermabrasion,and blue light treatment. Acne started to improve from first treatment , went back a few more times and there was a tremendous improvement. Elena is very knowledgeable and her advice on how to take care of my skin has been invaluable. I recommend her if you need help with acne. Thank you Elena....so much

Have used AlphaShape studio over the last 3 years mainly when a special event in my life is coming to make me feel good. And Elena does that, very professional, caring and at a cost which I find quite reasonable for such a service. Have returned recently for a pamper session and now facial massages. Elena is very professional and skillful; excellent face yoga instructor. I really recommend her classes of face yoga and face lifting self-massages as I see good results on myself after one week only! Love it!
