Lascelles Minapre Hotel

Stayed here on the way to Melbourne. Originally booked for the wrong night but the publican and bar staff were understanding and very accommodating organising a new room for the night. We were tired after a long day travelling but all was resolved after a few beers and a hearty parmi. A great stay with a nice local atmosphere. Definitely recommend!! 🤠

I found myself on an impromptu road trip which originally was meant to be a hiking trip, but after I'd passed the my second silo art discovery, I continued to get in the car after every pit stop and merry on my way until I found myself in Lascelles. What a delightful blink and miss it little town I chose to pull up stumps for the night. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and camping location. Conversation wasn't short or stale either. It was a pleasure.

We decided to have a quick trip away and by chance came across the Lascelles Hotel. it was the best decision we have made. it's not very often you get that good old country pub feeling with amazing meals, cold beer and great company. Gus and Marlene made us feel very welcome and kept us entertained all night with a great yarn and some funny jokes , even if they were s big long winded by the end of the night! it will be a regular trip for us in the future. Friendly staff, great little pub, good priced meals and food was good, very accommodating.. great beer garden and a good atmosphere.. clean rooms, will definitely visit again.. keep up the good work 👏

Great Pub good food, Good group of people nice quiet place to stay .
Dog friendly. Close to lake tyrrell and lake lascelles.

Love this pub, friendly atmosphere, owners are just lovely, great meals, really good prices for drinks. Ideal spot to stop with caravan park across the road

Welcoming, adhere to covid rules, have a clean inviting atmosphere. The meals are great with an extensive menu and surprisingly inexpensive. They have great coffee, cappuccino, latte etc which they offer that to take away if you want that too. They have a bar if that's your preference or you can sit down in the dining area by the warm fire. They also have a little convience/cafe store which if you want to grab something on the run it's easily accessible from the front. A great country pub which is worthwhile visiting.

Wonderful Pub, great staff a top country experience, not only did the owners provide a safe place to stay in the park opposite pub but went out of their way to spend time helping plan my route to broken hill ! Food is amazing and so much to see around this area 10/10 ps for photography the pub would be a sunset shot then head in for dinner 🥘

New owners planning multiple improvements. Only heading skywards from this week. My point is, if you're gonna do The Silo Art trail, you can do a lot worse than end up here on the 1st night & head south again in the morning. Great breast parma & pizzas 👍

Great old pub. Best entertainment was watching The kegs being “dropped”. Stayed in the cabins next door. Very cosy and comfortable considering the minus 2 degrees outside!!

Country pub, gave me more than expected. Great experience, wish everyone could enjoy a pub trying to do its best a long way from a big city. Good on you for hiring foreign staff learning english.

Been through a few times now and everytime always a delight to visit. Friendly, welcoming classic bush pub. No bull, just how I like it. Take this over the city anyday! For those complaining, have a think about where you are. It's the Mallee, remote, tiny townships and edge of the outback. It's a far cry from Melbourne or Sydney and that is a good thing. If you want to be wined, dined and waited on, go back to the city and leave the country pubs to those of us who appreciate them. Or have a word to someone at the time, rather than taking off quietly then slandering gutlessly from the internet.

We love this place great facilities clean and picturesque. Everything you need in town. Fabulous community run pub.

Great place . good food . nice friendly people. It's a great place to stay you can have a quiet drink and walk around the town visit the metal man's work shop and see the silos only 40ks to the giant mallee fowl so well worth the visit.

Very impressed with camping area ideal spot next to Hotel.
Hotel offered great menu and food and service excellent. Very friendly barmaid.

Great meals at pub.frendly staff really good atmosphere to boot also cool spot for night photography you just need a good camera,trypod and no moon in the sky

Good sized cabin, clean and comfortable. Very quiet even though on main road. Silos just across the road.

Great meals, friendly staff and fantastic beer garden for a wee town. Even got to met Rone the guy that painted the mural on the silo in Lascelles
