Clinpath Pathology Prospect

The man who took my bloods was absolutely lovely. He made me very comfortable prior to taking the bloods and when he took the bloods I barely noticed even though he prepared me for it. Best experience I've had with taking bloods and unfortunately I do it often. I will certainly be back if all their staff are as friendly as him

Unfortunately I forgot his name but I went in to get my blood test in the morning of Saturday 12th and was assisted by the male nurse there. He was so professional, positive and efficient. I had to get a lot of blood taken for numerous things and he did it so fast with no pain and kept checking to make sure I was feeling ok. He was lovely and clearly enjoyed his job and helping people. I wish more workers and people in general were like him.

I would like to give special thanks and appreciation to Dimpi Virk and Poonam Patel for the amazing experience I had at the Clinipath Pathology in Prospect Medical Centre. They were so helpful and professional in taking my blood sample. Everything was done with great care, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend their services!

Long wait, not enough personnel

I went to have blood taken after an appointment and find it absolutely absurd that a medical centre has no access for wheelchair users to have blood tests. A chair lift is fine and well for those who are able to transfer but not good enough for those of us who can’t. Then to not have insurance to do blood draws downstairs is quite possibly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Extremely discriminatory treatment of the disabled community

I have visited this pathology centre a couple of times, but it is the most unprofessional one. Their communication skills are extremely poor, they have missing blood samples, and their record keeping is inadequate. I would advise against visiting Clinpath to avoid any risks.

Won’t recommend especially for child blood test. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour by Indian nurse just refusing to do the test as her assistant nurse is absent. More focused on the indian music she’s playing on the phone. Hope she sheds her attitude learn bit of politeness.

I wish I could post my review without giving them any star.
I went there to get my ECG done and the clinpath lady who attended me had no professional mannerism. She passed personal comments about my body not just once but on several occassions and the whole time I was there patiently waiting for their machine to work. She even compared herself with my body characteristc that too in the presence of a trainee in the room. She even commented me to get "*****" done to my body. So pathetic and ridiculous way to approach someone. Made me feel so upset and insecure about myself. I even reported them as soon as I left the building, my details were taken and I was told to be contacted by their supervisor, which hasn't happened. I hope some serious action is taken about this.
This is not right in any way, they should train their staff about professional behaviour and basic manners.
If someone can please suggest who'd be the best body to report this matter to, I'd appreciate it.

The staff all chit chat inside the room and made customer waited outside, without coming out updated the customer

Getting blood tested, wait in line, "you need to go into this room and wait here". I go there, on the wall reads "take a number". The room is empty. I figure there's no need. Nobody is in the room. I wait ten minutes before going back to the front desk, wait in line again, "did you take a number? There was a number"... Politely explain that nobody was there, and that the number wasn't the issue. "You've just got to keep waiting." I look towards the room, an elderly man is now approaching the room. The hall is narrow, he's ahead. He takes a number. I'm now behind him in line. Fml.
