Chris makes some of the best whisky being produced in Tasmania. If this isn't in your rotation, you're missing out.

This Distillery produces one of the best Australian whisky's on the market and that is across the board. Doesn't matter which batch you are lucky enough to try. They are outstanding! The customer service is absolutely outstanding and the Father and son duo means you are supporting locals and a family at that. Absolute stellar products keep up the good work Fellas.

Amazing whisky produced by Chris and the team at Nonesuch, have really enjoyed the unique Triple Grain expression. Chris has a great attitude toward distilling and whisky in general, absolutely looking forward to a distillery tour soon!

The wife and I popped in and we are glad we did. Wow, what a range of flavours. The sloe gin is 10/10. Likely going to need to get another bottle before we head home. Rex is an absolute champion. Thanks for the chat.

Nonesuch Distillery is our newly found favourite distillery in Tas. We loved the whole experience, they make some delicious Gin and Whisky here.

Rex was the most wonderful host - we had a very enjoyable visit and enjoyed the Port Cask Single Malt and the Sloe Gin. We'll definitely be back for some bigger bottles in future. Can't wait for cask 80 of the whisky to be released - ask Rex about the provenance of the cooperage, it's an excellent story.

We just stopped in and had a lovely chat with Chris and Rex while tasting their Dry and Sloe Gins. Delicious, super friendly and we’ll no doubt be back once we get through the 3 bottles we bought!

Orderd my first bottle with nonesuch a few weeks back first off the layout and simplicity of the website made the entire process easier. Shipping was prompt and arrived well packed and safe. The whisky is quite well priced with all factors taken into consideration especially when some releases are only 24 bottles. I look forward to ordering many more products through nonesuch and look forward to seeing this distillery grow. I would highly recommend saving your pennies and getting yourself a bottle from these blokes!

Great stop for unusual gins made from unique Tasmanian/Australian ingredients, led by friendly owner Rex who welcomed us in for a quick tour, tasting, and some local history. Picked up a bottle for traveling and a bottle to take home overseas—with smaller bottle sizes perfect for gifts! Gorgeous views from the farm, too!

What a Tasmanian gem this place is! Nonesuch Is so very welcoming and so happy to share knowledge on the craft that is gin and whiskey making, Rex showed us through the distilling process and was extremely knowledgeable and wanted to share as much as he could about his awesome place. Nonesuch has fantastic gin and I imagine the whiskey is top shelf but didn’t try (saving something for the next visit) 5 stars doesn’t do nonesuch justice 10/10

Very charismatic owner who had plenty of patience to teach us gin beginners.
A little hard to find due to the signs.
We've ordered some of their gins online as we don't live in Tasmania.

having my first of the single malt tonight bottle 28 of cask 36 case type Sherry cask no 2 -outstanding it is a whisky drinkers whisky, pure honey to start, followed by a lovely silky vanillery mid then it fills out the journey with the spirit and clean, long lingering malt. Beautifully balanced throughout and as soft as a feather. A truly great Whisky. Thank you your Rexness Gavin H

Wonderful stop! Rex was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. I highly recommend the sloe gin - maybe my favourite gin I've ever tried.

Gin tastings offered by the guy who actually makes the stuff. Interesting lesson on the chemistry and bit of politics surrounding the production of the stuff. Inventory includes (in addition to "standard" stuff) hemp gin and sloe gin made with a mix of what would be bourbon whiskey, if it were made in Tennessee. Only downside is the parking is VERY limited. Space for maybe 6 cars. Still, glad I stopped.

Really enjoyable spot to head out to. Fab sloe gin! Rex was lovely, walking us through the distilling process. Definitely worth popping in if you get a chance.

Dropped in to Nonesuch and had a really interesting whisky tasting with the owner. This is about as different and boutique a distillery as you’ll find. Well worth a detour if only to try out some of their small cask experiments.

The gin is incredible- especially the sloe gin. Lovely people with lots of knowledge take you through distillery process and/or tasting process. Highly recommend stopping by.
