I love my dog Maxxy and met Karen doing what she loves, promoting the benefits of great nutrition and care for our 'best friends' at Northey Street Markets many years ago.

Karen's Natra Pet products make up a large majority of Maxxy's daily food and I've also left him in Karen's care while going away.

The results of our involvement with Karen and Natra Pet are that Maxxy seems to be getting younger and more vibrant. Karen's personal attention to him and his health is second to none. Thank you Karen for who you are and what you offer.

Oh my gosh, I wondered if there were others that Karen owed money to!!! I can't believe it, we bought her dog food for a while and really trusted her and then suddenly the last order we put In around December 2018? we never received!! We also were told her daughter died suddenly, and of course we felt awful for her and obviously tried to allow space, but she only replied a couple of times and said she'd send the food that week and if it never came.

Like someone else mentioned, if she could no longer run the business, then at least refund the money back If everything you are saying is true!

We now buy really amazing dog food that is similar but I'd say much better called "hey happy dog" from Kim, Petie, Lee & Joan.

We had a very bad experience too. Karen owes us $300 in orders. She takes your money, doesn't fill the order, doesn't answer calls or emails. She is a fraud and a liar! She told us her daughter was killed in a plane accident...she was sick...so many excuses. Do yourself a favour - don't order from her.

I've experienced the most appalling service from this company. I placed an order in June 2019 and after a few months still hadn't received it, then after numerous unanswered phone calls, voice messages and emails i finally got through to the owner who explained she was having issues with her health and would post my order out that week along with other backed up orders.. I accepted this and wished her well thinking all would be well...well it's nearly been a year now and even after more emails (with no replies) and unanswered calls i still haven't received my order or a refund. Very poor customer service and extremely disrespectful. I understand life gets in the way of business - our health is so vital and must be nurtured, but if you can't keep your business running then at least return the money to customers who's orders you couldn't fill! This is disgraceful! My emails received no responses...i'm hoping this post will at least save others from making a purchase they may never receive :(
