Abbey Boutique Hotel

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in March to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Abbey is one of the loveliest and most interesting places we've stayed. It's very elegant without being intimidating. The owners and staff are lovely and welcoming. Special mention must go to Sharnie whose hospitality made us feel like royalty!

I stayed here a couple of years ago, it was a late booking but they were kind enough to get me a room. It's an absolutely beautiful building. So much history! also- If you are a cat lover, you're in luck, as there is a permanent resident there named Basil.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, hope to stay there again one day.

A beautiful place for a special anniversary celebration. Everything was perfect only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress in our room a bit hard for us. Very quiet and relaxing we love the history of the place too! Very nice chickens, bee 🐝 hive and classic piece of history.

Stayed two nights while attending an event at Morgan Park Raceway. Hosts were very congenial and nothing was too much trouble. Even a late night cheese platter was provided on short notice. Was very generously portioned. Looking forward to staying again in October. May try another place purely for experience but wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely room, clean and comfortable bed. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the dining room, reasonable priced and delicious. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay there again.

A stunning heritage building in the heart of beautiful Warwick. If you ever get the chance to stay at the Abbey and explore it, take it! Magnicent style and decor in a truly magical and historic setting.

The Abbey was superb! The building is amazing and beautiful. The greeting at the front door by the very chatty Bazil was the beginning of a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The staff were great and super friendly! The hot breaky was perfect and I would give it a 5/5.

Just the most restful and beautiful hotel. Location is great and close to everything but quite away from main roads. Rooms were so comfy, quirky and staff were efficient and helped 2 tired travellers. Thankyou. We will be back to try your restaurant . We stayed in the Catherine Macauley ensuites room. ❤

Such a beautiful place run by the best people. Needed a weekend away from the noise and stress of Brisbane or the Gold Coast and found it here. While the building is historical, the rooms are not - very modern with everything you need. Food is amazing, no beyond amazing. Pack a book, and an extra stomach then get here to enjoy bliss.

What a charming and beautiful hotel! Love how there is history with every room and the owners provide little education posters at each door. Service was excellent and friendly. Felt like a home away from home. They even make their own gorgeous honey which is available to purchase. Great location! And to top it off, chickens and sweet house cat Basil!

We had an excellent stay at The Abbey Boutique Hotel. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and shown around the beautiful grounds. It is a well looked after historical building full of history which the owners have truly done justice for. There is so much to explore and take in. The room we stayed in was pristine, felt like a trip back in time and it was really spacious. Our bathroom was so clean and tidy. The hosts / owners were all friendly and welcoming. We spent a couple of nights at the Abbey Boutique Hotel over Easter '23. All I can say is that everything they do includes just a little bit extra to make your stay memorable/enjoyable...

From the great welcome, to a few small things with your room, a friendly conversation in the halfway, to the delicious food in a beautiful dining room.

Highly recommend a stay, and hope you enjoy it as much as we did - am sure you will!

Was a wonderful experience at the Abbey Hotel. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Our room was excellent, clean and the electric blanket on the bed was great. Staff member was always so friendly and helpful during the stay.

We had a lovely weekend at the Abbey. The staff were very friendly and helpful, dinner was yummy and our room was spotless and comfy. We loved staying in an historical building and the notes about the use of the rooms. We booked our next stay before leaving. 😝

We so enjoyed the food, the comfort, the helpful staff.
Our favourite experience was Basil the cat who met us at the driveway and guided us to the office. Then each meal hr escorted us to the dining room. Each morning Basil visited us in His room. The Basil Room.
Spoil yourself and enjoy some quiet time at the Abbey.

Had a lovely extended weekend here at the Abbey - beautiful building looked after with lots of love. It was great to be able to wander downstairs and the gardens and read about the history of the place. Room and bathrooms well set up with modern conveniences while still maintaining their charm. The highlight of course was Bazil the cat, who was very happy to greet and welcome us.

A great place to stay. I'd recommend you spend time enjoying the facility itself and getting to know the history - there are information placards outside many of the rooms. There are comfy seating areas around - I'd happily spend a rainy day lounging and reading a good book.

What a gem! Beautiful rooms, clean, tidy and just a lovely boutique feel.
